Please note that you're welcome to be in the back yard, noise carries. During weekdays we ask that all events are brought inside by 9:00 PM and on Weekends by 10 PM.

Please REFRAIN FROM PLAYING LOUD MUSIC or SPEAKING LOUDLY OUTSIDE..

If our neighbor calls the police or us about a noise issue then it will be a $200 charge. When guests follow the rules regarding the backyard hours we never have issues with noise complaints so please follow the hours provided to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

MAIL & PACKAGES
No mail or packages should be sent to the address of the short term rental. A temporary mailbox can be set up at the UPS Store near Concord Mills Mall.
