Premium Furnished Housing. Location is everything! Enjoy the adjacent golf course and walk to Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons for shopping and restaurants. This luxurious apartment includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. There is a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Enjoy the walk-in closet, in-unit washer and dryer, and controlled heating/air.
During your time off, enjoy the resort style amenities, including a clubhouse, luxurious pool , spa, grills and fitness center.
We love that there are stairs to your own private entrance for health reasons!
Dog Breed Restrictions. Max two pets. Max Weight 75 pounds. Pets must be declared prior to arrival and pet fees paid.
