We had an amazing time at the beach condo. The views of the ocean from the bedroom and living room were so beautiful. You can hear the sound of the ocean waves so vividly, which made the condo feel so peaceful. I highly recommend staying here for a nice and cozy stay!

Overall, it’s a nice unit. The only bad I have to say about our stay was the WiFi was very spotty. We couldn’t stay connected. It was on and off during our whole time there. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We are sorry that the wi-fi was spotty. The reason that happens is because It is an old building and it is located next to the beach. You will never find good connection in the whole property. In addition, you are the first guest that has had an issue with the wi-fi. If you stayed in our condo to use wi-fi you came to the wrong property. I am sorry you were disappointed only because the wi-fi was very spotty.

The view from the ocean front condo was amazing! Loved the decor, upscale appliances, comfortable bed, beach and sports equipment, and well stocked kitchen. The welcome wine and cookies were a nice touch and they were responsive hosts.

Older property. Very clean and beautiful views. Did have problems with Ants in the entry way, kitchen and bath most likely due to a water leak with the washing machine (They did have ant bait out) Loved that they had a washer dryer but it flood water into the entry way when I used it. They could use having more towels. Overall was a beatiful beach and condo.

This condo is very comfortable, and the views of the ocean and coast are gorgeous. The hosts are wonderful people and treated us very well as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. I would highly recommend staying here.

This unit was a lovely find! The unit is nicer than the photos make it look. The vaulted ceiling and top floor views were lovely and made working at the beach a real joy. The bed was maybe the best bed i've slept in an a rental! Very comfortable and nice electric blinds to help with the bright sun in the morning. The host was accommodating and let us check in early for our stay. Well worth the visit.

This property is amazing and I highly recommend it. The view is spectacular from the moment you walk in the door. We would leave the sliding doors open so we could hear the surf as much as possible. Very soothing and relaxing.We slept great. I also took some refreshing naps.Hosts were very helpful regarding any questions we had.We will definitely be back.

This is the perfect space for a romantic getaway. They had everything that you could need to have a comfortable stay, and the view is unbeatable. I’ve been to Pajaro Dunes many times before, but this has by far been the best stay Ive had!

Check in was so easy and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen appliances were top end and the condo was very clean. The ocean view is spectacular and easy walk to beach-right down the stairs!

The oceanfront condo was absolutely beautiful with awesome, modern interiors that gave it a chic urban vibe. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. The views were spectacular, and the community felt so calm and serene. Had a blast staying here and would love to come back again!

My stay was absolutely excellent. Edel was communicative and answered any questions I had. The property is well decorated with an extremely comfortable bed. The views are serene and wonderful to watch the ocean. You are steps away from the ocean, so walks on the beach are great. I'd come back to this property again.

The condo is as described and more. Keyless entry was great. No need to worry about lost keys. You can't get any closer to the beach and the ocean view was spectacular!It was truly a wonderful and relaxing vacation!Edel and Alisa were very accommodating and very responsive.

We left an extensive list of instruction through VRBO for the guest to read. There were not instructions left on the unit because it was unnecessary. The reason the TV stopped working was because when the tv was moved forward by the guest, the power cable went loose and the internet stoped working. It was an easy fix by checking the back of the TV and plugged it back in. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

The place was absolutely amazing! It had everything in the kitchen for meals, no need to bring blankets, pillows, beach chairs. Everything was provided. I went down with my granddaughter. We go down to that area every year, and we will definitely will be back at this place. Beach access was down the stairs and a couple steps to the right. She went down to the beach, and I stayed on the balcony and watched the ocean. Any questions we had on the property were immediately answered.

We were disappointed in several easily fixed conditions that we found. The bathroom sink drained poorly throughout our stay. This could have been identified and corrected before checkin by a pre-rent inspection process by the owner/manager. The bedroom needs bedside tables and lighting to allow reading in bed. There is only one light in the room and it was in the corner of the room. Plug access adjacent to the bed is inadequate. Extension cords from the inaccessible outlet behind the bed would have been helpful. There are no drawers to put clothes in. The kitchen has only two coffee mugs and only the original Nespresso unit. There is no way to make a normal cup of coffee. There are no standard sized water glasses or cocktail glasses available. Working the tv was a bit of a challenge. The owner was accessible by phone and pleasant and provided some nice touches like a bowl of fresh fruit and a welcome bottle of champagne. We would have appreciated a book containing restaurant recommendations, tv instructions, checkout instructions. The owner provided an email re checkin that I was unable to locate via a vrbo search of my personal email and there was no record of my name at the guardhouse. I had to access vrbo help center to locate owner contact information, call the owner and get instructions. The checkin process did not go smoothly for us. The rental unit has a great view of the beach.

This is by far one of my favorite places to spend a long weekend or getaway from the city. The views, the sounds, and the unit all exceeded my expectations. Beautiful property and location, I really felt like I was somewhere else without a worry in the world.

This is a gorgeous unit, very clean. Awesome ocean view, we enjoyed every moment being there.Modern kitchen utensils, it was nice to cook there and enjoy the meal we have prepared.Also it was a very helpful chat with owners.We hope to come back there some time.

We had a wonderful stay at Pajaro Dunes. Our accommodations were very clean, well appointed, and had a wonderful feel to it. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a spectacular view from living room and balcony. A few quick steps and we were on the beach, enjoying the chairs and towels the host provided for us. the location was perfect for us to split visits to Carmel and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and a trip to Santa Cruz and Wilder Ranch for some hiking and wildlife viewing. We have been come to the Pajaro Dunes area for years and this was by far our best experience. Thank you Edel!
