Great Place to stay. Directly on the beach.Beds were very comfortable.Only complaint is there was numerous little cricket like bugs and some one before us had mashed them all over the walls. We spent a good bit of time cleaning the walls.Other than that great place to stay and will definitely try to stay here again.

Great location and the price was so reasonable. Kitchen was well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Had a little pet odor in it. , but it wasn’t awful. Beach access was incredible!!

Truly enjoyed the beach front view, easy access from the property. I liked the privacy and secure gated community. It had everything we needed for the most part. I am definitely staying at S1 again!

Perfect location for some much needed R&R! The townhome had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans, dishes absolutely everything. Plenty of room for our family of 4, nice storage downstairs to store your beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Smart TV's in every room, nice for that one rainy day we had out of the week. The Balcony's were amazing to sit out on to watch the dolphins, star gaze at night or just to chill in the evenings. You are right on the beach, which is nice that you don't have to haul the chairs, coolers, etc. to far. The home has a little age on it but its totally comfortable, relaxing and SPOTLESS. All the bedding was super clean something Liquid Life promises and delivers. Also a plus the WIFI worked great, I know that is important to a lot of people. The townhome sits in a very calm, relaxed and less populated area which makes enjoying the beach without the crowds a 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here at Surf Song 1 again!

Fantastic location, away from all the spring break chaos. Fur babies are welcome on the beach, which is just 20 paces from the townhome. Spectacular views from all four balconies, which are huge! Modern kitchen has everything imaginable, including a stock pot we used for a low country boil. And if you don't feel like cooking, the marina, bar and restaurant across the street are easily walkable, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the fur babies are welcome on the outdoor deck of the restaurant. We love Surf Song and have already booked our stay for next year! Simply the best!

The views of the beach are unmatched. You are directly on the water. We watched dolphins while drinking coffee on the porch every morning. The location was amazing. Very pet friendly area. Would stay again

Singing praises for Surf Song!

Doesn’t get any more “on the beach”. You can throw a rock in the water from the two Gulf-facing decks and it’s twenty paces to the beach from the bottom of the stairs. Covered parking, lots of room and all the amenities. Great deck furniture! Hanging on the deck is almost like being on the beach, just less sand with a bathroom and a fridge:-)

The beach location was amazing - as advertised, right on a beautiful beach (though the many oil wells visible were not mentioned.). And the house was great - LOVE having two king beds, two full baths, and an amazing patio with great furniture, right on the beach.However, the TV in the living room did not work, which very much negatively impacted our experience. We reported it early the morning of our 2nd day (we did realize it didn’t work until after dinner the day we arrived.). We heard back from the property manager when we reported it, but there were many hours of communication delays in between communications, and they eventually said maintanence would come to look at it and they never did. tv and cable was clearly mentioned on the property description. There is a Crbo tv commercial right now where they say the hot tub at the place the reserved didn’t work, and they were moved to a better place. I would say a TV is equivalent to a hot tub as far as an impact on the vacation, and no one really seemed to care - we certainly weren’t offered a better place (or even a discount.)Additionally, check in is at 4, and we did not receive the text that our unit was available until after 4:30. Check in is already later hotels/check out is earlier. And we know from the guest book that the people before us checked out the day prior to our arrival (we were also offered to check in a day early prior to our stay.). So no one was in there. Not ok and why I mostly use hotels.

This was a great place to stay. We loved being so close to the beach. Could literally walk out the door and be on the beach within just a few steps. We loved it and would stay again.
