Great hosts

Beach access and amenities were outstanding! Hosts made you feel like family and location was perfect with a short walk to the best restaurant in town—Apollo.

Geweldig, netjes en perfect ligging

Heel aardige mensen, huisje was heel netjes, je kon van alles pakken voor in het water, mooie omgeving en lekker rustig, genoeg plek voor iedereen en de eigenaar had een heerlijke cake gemaakt,

Idyllic

What a great spot. Perfect in every way. Extremely well priced with everything you want in a great location. We loved chilling out on the cabana bed, watching as our young children played in the shallow sea. We loved taking the kayak out, and all the sea toys. ‘Paradise’ was just 2 minutes walk away when we fancied the pool instead of the sea. Apollo Restaurant was fantastic. Recommend Fish Restaurant and Asteria Reataurant, they’re are great too. Pre-book sunbeds at Fish before you get there 😉.

Paradies! 💙

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung erlebt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit und in echt ist es gefühlt noch schöner. Es sind wenige Schritte zum „eigenen Strand“ der allerdings aus Steinen besteht, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und sehr nett. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht. Ein Mietwagen wäre von Vorteil. Fast alle Hotspots sind innerhalb von 30-40 min erreicht. Rundum war es perfekt! Macht weiter so, wir würden wiederkommen!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist perfekt. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter und seine Familie waren äußerst hilfsbereit und gaben einem das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Unseren Kindern hat außerdem besonders gefallen, dass Kajaks, Bälle und diverse Plastiktiere vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Insgesamt eine Ferienwohnung,in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und die wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können.

Thomas and his family are adorable persons. We loved havind them to our apartment. They where always smiling, they are very positive people, polite and quite. They respected the house and they left it very clean. We will love to see them again in the future.

Amazing holiday destination!

The reviews are all true...Votsalo really is as perfect as they say! Our whole trip, from start to finish was great. Kostas was excellent at communicating while we were booking and organising our holiday. We were welcomed so warmly by his family on arrival and the little extra touches were so appreciated. The apartment is beautiful and very well kept. The attention to detail makes it extra special. Votsalo is positioned just far enough out of Alykes village to make it lovely and peaceful, but close enough to walk in and enjoy the bars, restaurants and stock up on supplies at the small supermarkets. Having the beach at bottom of the garden was just gorgeous and we also enjoyed a couple of morning kayaking trips up the coast...so relaxing.

Absolutely fantastic

Thank you Kostas and family for making our stay truly wonderful, from the moment we arrived to when we left you made us feel at home and nothing was too much to ask. The accommodation is beautiful and so well equipped, the views are breathtaking it’s such a lovely spot in alykes, close enough to everything but not too close. We would definitely recommend here to anyone and can’t wait for our return trip

Traumhaft schön!

Die Fotos werden sowohl der Wohnung und Umgebung gerecht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Zudem ist alles gepflegt und sehr sauber. Jedes Detail war erstklassig. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Matratzen hochwertig und gut. Und nicht zuletzt ist noch hervorzuheben, dass Kostas und seine Familie uns einen herzlichen, freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Empfang bereitet haben. Die Wohnung und die Vermieter kann ich sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Beautiful apartment

Apartment was clean and modern. Great kitchen and bathroom, powerful shower. Watched the sunrise most mornings. Seconds from the beach and shallow water. Kosta’s family were very friendly and accommodating and saw to our every need. Zakynthos is a stunning island we discovered so many beautiful places and the views were jaw dropping. Shoestring cafe bar is definitely worth a visit great food and views right by the beach. Lots of inflatables, canoes and airbeds free to use. Some really good local restaurants too. We loved it so much we are booking for next year and this will be the first time we have ever gone back to the same place it was perfect.

Tolle Lage, super nette Betreuung, rundum zufrieden!!!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand ist einfach toll. Ruhig gelegen und doch nicht weit zur Stadt Alykes, mit all ihrem Trubel. Die Familie von Kostas ist nur nett und freunlich und stets bemüht, ihren Gästen schönen Urlaub zu gewähren. Hier kann man sich erholen und ungestört relaxen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und lliebevoll eingerichtet. Der Wäschewechsel ist regelmäßig und klappt immer. Es stehen kostenlos Sportgeräte, wie Kanus Paddelboot, Fahrräder ..., zur Verfügung!! Im Nachhinein noch einmal vielen Dank an Kostas und seine nette Familie.

A beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment

Votsalo 1 is situated in a peaceful part of Alykes, minutes from the town but enjoying peace and quite in its location. The apartment has two good sized bedrooms with excellent storage space - fully fitted wardrobes - not usually found in holiday apartments or hotels. Both rooms have very comfortable beds with crips white linens. The bathroom has a wonderful shower and is spotless - as is the rest of the property. The kitchen and living area is a delight! All newly fitted out with everything you could possibly need including a very snazzy oven. The attention to detail is first class. We enjoyed sitting on the patio (beautiful furniture, of course - chairs, table, loungers) for breakfast in the sunshine overlooking a garden and out to sea. Then again with a glass of wine in the evening as the sun was going down. Kostas' family was so very welcoming and we thank then very much for their kindness. It was also lovely to be greeted by Natalia, Kostas' friend who kindly gave us lots of information about the area to help us enjoy our stay in Alykes. Thank you to all. We hope to return soon!

Direkt am Strand: Tolles Apartment

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem top ausgestatteten Apartment sehr genossen. Es fehlt an nichts. Über die Terasse mit Meerblick geht's in wenigen Stufen direkt zum Strand. Die Vermieter sind total nett. Super!

We had the pleasure to accommodate two wonderful people. Aways smiling, they are positive people and very easy to communicate with. They were very quiet and they left the house in top contition. They seem to enjoy Votsalo and we would be happy to meet them again in the future.

A fantastic week in a lovely apartment, with amazing views, and a great location. Loved it!

The location was perfect, within 10 mins walking to the centre of Alykes, and handy for touring the rest of the island which we chose to do with quad bikes. The apartment has everything you need, with the bonus of a fantastic welcome and hospitality of Kostas" family. It was great to know that we could get information, and advice on our travels easily. The apartment is well equipped, great wifi! Comfortable and very modern. There is loads of room to relax on the sun beds provided on the terrace, and just take in the views around you of the mountains behind and the sea which is a few steps away. Whilst the beach is stony in a few steps you are into a shallow sandy bay. For us the location on the island was great as we went to visit villages in mountains and across the other side of the island easily on the quads, and in a short time. The garden area provides another alternative seating area with its swing bed, vines (with loads gorgeous grapes), and access to free inflatable toys, raft, balls etc to enjoy. We also borrowed the push bikes which again are provided for anyone's use, should you feel energetic enough. In summary we had a great time in Zante, and this was definitely on part due to where we stayed, and the Greek welcome we received. Thank you Kostas and family, we hope to return some day!

Jill and her family are lovely people very polite, discreet and positive. We had the chance to talk with them and know them better and they are very interesting persons. They enjoyed a lot their vacations since they visited many places of the island. They left the apartment super clean!! We totaly reccomend them as guests and we hope to see them again.

Fantástica situación . Frente al mar y en una zona tranquila.

Apartamento ideal. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Kostas y su familia son muy amables y están pendientes de todos los detalles. Tienen a tu disposición tumbonas , colchonetas y flotadores para hacer tu estancia todavía más agradable . El mar es muy tranquilo y poco profundo. Caminando 5 minutos llegas a la zona de restaurantes y souvenirs .

appartamento nuovo e fresco, molto piacevole la terrazza con accesso diretto al mare cristallino

Soggiorno molto piacevole nelle due prime settimane di Luglio,descrizione corrispondente alla presentazione. Proprietari ospitali davvero gentili discreti e disponibili che ci hanno accolto con grande simpatia.Posto tranquillo.Molto godibili gli spazi circostanti,doccia, lettini, ombrelloni, canotti. Spiaggetta ghiaiosa, mare con fondo sabbioso che degrada dolcemente in acque limpide. Vacanza decisamente rilassante con aria di mare e di collina ma anche per la vicinanza ai servizi essenziali.Siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte del nostro soggiorno.Lucia

Lucia e le sue amiche erano persone eccellenti, molto gentili, discrete e sempre sorridenti. L'apartamento lo hanno lasciato molto ordinate e pulite. Le tre amiche sono dai visitatori che tutti vorrebbero avere nel loro casa. Siamo molto felici che le abiamo conoscere.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, extrem nette Gastgeber.

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, sehr ruhige lage, schöner ausblick und direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung seht genau wie in den Fotos. Ein Minimarkt und Restaurants in der gegend. Die Gastgeber sind super nett :-)))) 100 % Weiterempfehlung, einfach TOP TOP TOP!!!!
