It is fully furnished with air-conditioning, a 55” smart TV w/Amazon Fire Stick, a washing machine w/dryer, WIFI, and a luxurious all tile bathroom with four big bath towels, two face towels, two hand towels, a hairdryer, toothpaste, toothbrushes. shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a building management registration fee of $4 for each guest per stay that will be automatically added to the billing page, charged as one admin fee for the 1st guest and as an additional guest fee for each additional guest.

There is a 500 Peso fee per person per stay for use of the pool and gym. If you wish to avail of these amenities you can pay it at the administration office in the lobby with GCash, or we can pay it for you directly and add it on to the total cost.
