The perfect couples’ getaway or small family vacation right on Indian Rocks Beach 🏖️! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow is fully equipped and includes a pullout couch 🛋️ as a second bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee ☕, and soaps 🧴 are provided at check-in. Additional supplies can be purchased at nearby stores. Relax and enjoy your beachfront escape! 🌴



⚠️ Please note, a digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival. A legal ID and verification photo also must be provided.

Please note that city regulations prohibit fires on the beach. Guests are also required to stay on marked paths within the Beach Nourishment area.

Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Indian Rocks Beach.



* Scheduled timeline for Indian Rocks Beach: November to early December 2025.

* During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise.

* Property easements are still being accepted for certain areas.

* For real-time updates, guests can text PCBEACHES to 888-777 to receive notifications about closures and construction.

Guest Access:

🏡 Bungalow Privacy & Complex Info

Bungalow 1 is private (bungalow unit), but the complex includes 4 units. Bungalows 1 and 2 are located just behind the main house, while units 3 and 4 are beachfront. You’ll enjoy a very short and easy walk to the beach—just steps from the beautiful shoreline. Parking, laundry, and the beachfront patio are shared.

- Located on the left side of the back house near the beach

- Free access with a code

- Shared with Unit 2



🍖 Outdoor Amenities

- Guests in Units 1 and 2 may use the picnic table and grill

- Please leave the grill and picnic area clean before you go

Some stuff is walkable, but you may want a car!
