This residence offers stunning views of the golf community & the sparkling pool from your private balcony. The spacious bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. The living area features comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding. With golf just steps away and the beautiful Cana Bay beach within easy reach, this apartment offers the ultimate blend of relaxation and excitement.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on the use of each client during their stay. As a welcome, we give them an average of 20kw for free. The approximate cost of energy is 20 Dominican Pesos per KW, you can pay in cash, local bank transfer, and Vrbo (consider that we must add US$7.00 bank transaction to the initial amount when paying for Airbnb).
