We received notice that the pool will require maintenance. Therefore, it will be emptied starting April 7th for tile replacement, deep cleaning, and other necessary repairs.
We were not given a definitive answer as to when it will be reopened. Price has been adjusted accordingly and all reservations are final.

For all bookings made after this date, it will be assumed that guests are aware of and accept that the pool may be closed during their stay.

For added convenience, there is a paid washer and dryer area available on-site at the Rancho, keeping in mind that the unit itself features its own washer.

The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, located at the end of the street, across from the road that separates the beach from the rest of the Las Palmas community. The Pueblito plazas are two charming plazas, featuring a coffee shop, a mini supermarket, and a variety of restaurants, situated about 5 to 10 minutes from the complex. From Mexican and Italian cuisine to Mediterranean flavors and steakhouse options, you have plenty of dining choices. Furthermore, they recently added a very popular pub called The Wave for further entertainment within close distance.

For more entertainment, restaurants, and supermarkets, a short 15-minute walk will take you to the bustling main strip of town, located in the renowned Las Palmas neighborhood. This area is both beautiful and reminiscent of Florida, offering a peaceful environment and 24/7 security patrols for your peace of mind.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
