Welcome to Plantation West 1339! This warm condo has everything needed for your next vacation! Relax after a long day on the beach on the comfortable sleeper sofa. This unit features a queen bed with flat screen TV. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a local seafood dish. A private balcony is just off the dining area to enjoy sunsets of Fort Morgan. There is a laundry facility onsite with washers and dryers.

Resort Conference Centre - Plantation West is a family friendly resort with 24-hour security. The complex boasts over 4,000 feet of private beach frontage. Gulf Shores Plantation is located next door to the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and across the street from a boat launch on Mobile Bay. The resort was voted as one of the top family destinations by Southern Living Magazine readers and offers numerous amenities including multiple outdoor swimming pools, umbrella and beach chair rental, jet ski, parasail and banana boat rental, outdoor hot tub, lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball court, beach volleyball pit, shuffleboard, horse shoes, putting green, laundry facilities, BBQ grills, picnic tables and swings. Sassy Bass Island Grill has a small satellite restaurant onsite so you can grab a cocktail or enjoy a meal while on vacation.

Resort Conference Centre - Plantation West is minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and offers thousands of feet of UNCROWDED private beach frontage. Make sure you walk the grounds and see everything this resort has to offer! While not onsite, enjoy the nearby restaurants, Fort Morgan or take the ferry to Dauphin Island. If you want to leave the resort or Fort Morgan, The Hangout, Waterville and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf is less than 15 miles away! Max 2 vehicles. $35 per vehicle per stay. which must be purchased on an online app that is emailed to guest along w/ registration form/royalgulfbeach.square.site.   All guests must fill out registration form & purchase parking passes online before check in. Give registration form & proof of parking pass purchase to security guard & he will give them their parking passes.

The location was great! Easy access to the beach. Also loved all the amenities. The property was nicely equipped with what we needed for a month long stay. Wi-Fi was reliable. I would definitely recommend!

We were able to utilize the pool when the beach was closed which was nice. Accommodations were good.

Beautiful Views! Short Walk, Great Place.

Overall we had a great trip! This condo was really nice and clean when we arrived and it has plenty of space for the family. Really close to the Sassy Bass Tiki Bar and the beach! Highly recommend, and we would stay here again.

The amenities were amazing - the beach was never busy, the view was gorgeous and the indoor pool was wonderful on the rainy day and the outdoor pools were clean and very nice. The condo needs some TLC. As many other reviews have mentioned, the slider door is broken - the only way to open it is to lift the back part up while pulling the door open. The entry door to the condo is also broken - the only way to shut it is to slam the door. The condo is much smaller than the pictures appear - there were 5 in our party and it was tight especially eating together or watching tv. The resort was amazing, but I would not stay in this condo again.

The pros: The view and location were perfect! Perfect location to the pools too! The condo is decorated very cute. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. It was stocked with most everything you would need. The beds were comfortable. If I were going to stay at a condo I would return to this location. I’ve been there multiple times already! The cons: the sliding door! It was horrible. It doesn’t slide. You have to use both hands down low to get in and out. It was a struggle!! And I’m sure very loud for the ppl under us. But once out the view is beautiful! No washer and dryer in the unit. But there is a community one, on the same floor which was nice. Parking was 45 for a week. Minor things that would be nice! A lot of light bulbs were burned out with no extras. No oven mitts and only one hand towel for the kitchen. The sliding door curtains look dirty. Like blood stains on them. Id replace but Overall it was nice. For a small family i would recommend this unit. The owners are very helpful and responsive. Would rent here again.
