The living room, filled with striking artwork and photography, connects to the open-concept kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a central island with exotic marble, blending style and practicality.
The master suite invites relaxation, with soft decor, natural lighting, and a bathroom featuring chromotherapy, all accompanied by a stunning view of the mountains. On the balcony, the sunset over Barra da Tijuca and Pedra da Gávea creates the perfect setting for unwinding at the end of the day.
With high-speed internet, air-conditioned rooms, and leisure items like bikes and equipment for hiking and beach trips, Casa ArthÁbio offers everything for an unforgettable stay. The condo also features a full infrastructure, a pool, and a spa, plus a local shopping area with over 100 stores for your convenience.
Guest access
For guests arriving by car, parking is accessible through the rear entrance of the condominium. Please make sure your vehicle is registered; if there are any issues, contact us immediately. We recommend parking near the Design block, where you will be staying, in any available single spot on the main or underground floor.
For those using a ride-hailing app, taxi, or public transportation, the entrance is through the Design block gate. Use the intercom for identification via remote concierge service, as there are no physical doormen. It is essential to provide your full name and ID for pre-registration to ensure a smooth arrival. If there is any issue at the entrance, ask the remote concierge to contact us.
The apartment is conveniently located in front of the main social elevator.
Our home will be 100% available for you and your family or friends.
The leisure area can also be used by our guests, including the pool, spa, gym, massage room, Pilates room, cinema, home office, Bar Maracanã with a big screen to watch football matches, games room, kids’ space, art room, and music room. Event halls, pizza oven, and barbecue area are available with prior booking and an additional fee.

It was here, in Olympic Barra, that he fell in love—not just with the beauty of the area, but also with Fabio, a Rio native who has always called this neighborhood home. Together, we chose to build our life, our family, and our dreams here.
We picked the SOHO condominium because it felt like us: modern, elegant, thoughtfully designed, with stunning architecture and an irresistible leisure area that captivated us from the first visit. It offers the perfect balance of style, functionality, and well-being.
It’s also where our beloved dog, João Paçoca, thrives—enjoying the wide open spaces, making new furry friends, and living his best life. The pet-friendly environment is just one of the many things that make this place feel like home.
We love the security, the tree-lined walking paths, the scenic bike rides, and knowing that everything we need is just a short stroll or a quick ride away.
