We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was very comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our group. One of our favorite features was that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made everything so convenient and provided plenty of privacy for everyone.There was ample parking, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The location was excellent as well. Close to state parks, outdoor activities, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

The interior of the house was very nice - nicely furnished. The best thing about this house is three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a new hot tub, which is fabulous! I gave this property 4 stars only because it really doesn’t look great on the outside and a little attention to detail is needed on the cabinetry (broken hinge on cabinet in kitchen, loose handles in one of the bathrooms, refrigerator filter needs replaced) - small things in the end. The view is amazing! I would recommend this home.

We stayed at Dam View Vista and everything about our time here surpassed our expectations. The home was immaculate, the views are incredible and the entire experience was fantastic. The kitchen is so well stocked and the cookware is all new and a pleasure to use. The host was super responsive and responded immediately to any inquiries. We would definitely recommend this home if you are looking to stay in this area.

Just Beautiful!

If you are questionable about renting this place...don't be!! It's all you could ask for! It was clean, beautiful view from the house and the wonderful deck outside. Beautiful inside as well. The location is great also. Short drive to town. I'm hoping we can enjoy staying there again!

We booked this house for a weekend wedding in the Deep Creek area for 4 couples to stay. The house is absolutely beautiful with a great deck with fantastic views. The inside of the house was very clean and modern. The multiple living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The driveway is very easy to access and can easily fit 5 cars. All of the kitchen and laundry appliances are very high quality. The hosts were easily reachable and very pleasant. Myself and my group have nothing negative to say about our stay and highly recommend this house for anyone looking in the area.

House was great! Only one complaint the Hot Tub listed and shown as an amenitie did not work. The hot tub was a huge deal breaker with my decision on renting this home. I sent multiple messages to the owner regarding the Hot Tub. I did not recieve an answer from Mindy until later in the night to late to even attempt to use, due to check out at 10am. I was told that they would be in touch with VRBO to ask why they weren't getting my messages regarding the Hot tub! I just found it a little strange that we had great communication with the vrbo messages, until I mentioned the hot tub issue. Just know that the Hot Tub is not included!!

Beautiful home, poorly managed

The home itself is a brand new build and is beautiful inside with modern amenities and funishings. Because it is so new, the exterior has no landscaping or amenities of any kind, but that wasn't really an issue for us.Our first complaint was the ants that were crawling all over the kitchen counters. I mentioned this in my first communication with the property manager and it wasn't ever acknowledged. Our second complaint was that the thermostat for the lower level of the house was set at 62 degrees and was locked with a pin code so we couldn't adjust the temp. When I brought this up to the property manager, all I was told was that this shouldn't be the case and we probably just needed to return to the homescreen. This was not helpful at all and the thermostat remained locked at 62 degrees the entire weekend, and the guests staying on that floor were uncomfortably cold overnight. Our third complaint was that as we were trying to leave Sunday morning before checkout, there was absolutely no hot water in the entire house. None of us were able to get showers before our 5 hour drives home and we had to wash all our dishes in cold water. When I brought this up to the property manager, all I was told was "I'm so sorry this was your experience" and that the fuse for the water heater had blown. We paid close to 1200 for the weekend and had to share the space with a bunch of ants and couldn't even bathe. Very disappointing.

The property was beautiful and a short drive from amenities. My family was comfortable with the residence which was clean and spacious for our large group.
