We had a wonderful weekend staying in this loft! It was spotless and had everything we needed. The communication was great and check-in and out were super easy! Great location as well!

Comfortable condo in a great location for walking to Kirkwood area restaurants. Well stocked with the basic weekend supplies, and the two bathrooms and dedicated parking spot were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this rental.

To all you travelers like me out there I would for sure recommend this place. Very nice stay and would book again. Chocolate Moose right across the street for those kids that need some end of day ice cream and big red liquor within walking distance for those dads to pick up some end of the day wore out provisions. This place is really clean, nice and has parking. Next time I come to the area to visit my daughter I hope that I can get one of these rentals again. Press the book now button and you won’t regret.

The apartment was cute and roomy. It was nice having 2 restrooms to get ready. You also have one private parking spot; it was nice always having a reserved spot in the middle of the city.

Great place to stay, super convenient to the square and the university. Only one negative and a picky one perhaps - the hallway lights are on and bright all evening. They really shine through the windows into the unit which made sleeping in the pullout a bit challenging. Other than that an awesome place to stay!

First-class accommodations and host! The property was immaculate, well equipped, well appointed and a true pleasure to spend our 4-day weekend in. The downtown Bloomington location was perfect, close to everything yet outside the noise and party zone, so sleep was blissful - on exceptionally comfortable mattresses btw! The loft-style architecture was also great, with high ceilings and lots of light, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The designated parking spot immediately outside the building made coming/going so easy! And having a washer/dryer inside the unit was a huge benefit - no laundry to do when we get home! Even the water pressure was top notch - no need for an extra long shower just to get the soap off, as I've seen at other properties with a seemingly trickle-flow water pressure situation. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate and built of high-quality materials. On another important note, there was a minor surprise issue with the water heater, and the owner's response was very impressive! They promptly responded in person and immediately resolved the matter themselves - proving the care they place in their property, and the respectful, high regard they have for their guests. Communications from start to finish were very friendly, catering and respectful. From top to bottom, this was a 10 of 10 lodging experience, and if they'll have us, this property would be our top pick for our next stay in Bloomington! Sincere thanks to our hosts! Go Hoosiers!

The host was amazing... very responsive. We loved everything about the loft. It's very well taken care of and the location is great. We had 5 adults, which was a little tight but everything worked out great.

This is a very comfortable loft apartment in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of the Bloomington Square, the restaurants on Kirkwood Avenue, and the Indiana University campus via the Sample Gates. Communication was quick and clear and the check-in process was easy and seamless. The loft is well furnished and the quality of the furnishings and amenities were as described. We highly recommend this loft and will absolutely seek to stay here again on a future visit to Bloomington.
