Welcome to Falling Waters--a peaceful and relaxed gated condo community in Naples, Florida, one of the most desirable towns in Southwest Florida. The community has large, tropical, resort-style, heated pool. The pool is one of the largest and most beautiful in the area, which definitely makes you feel like you are on vacation! There are tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, and a putting green. At Falling Waters you are minutes away from the beautiful Naples beaches and pier, and many restaurants and shopping areas.
This first floor unit has been recently updated. It has a beautiful lanai and outdoor cooking area to enjoy.
Condo decor includes a flat screen television in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a large walk-in closet, and sliding-glass doors to the screened lanai. The master bath includes a ceramic tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bath has a bathtub/shower combination. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen has newer appliances and is well- equipped with dishes and cookware. There is a designated driveway for your car close to the condo as well as nearby guest parking spaces.
Please allow at least thirty business days for the required condo association rental application to be processed when considering your booking dates. Bookings are excepted for 28 days per month. If interested in multiple consecutive months, please contact owners.
