Important Building Notice — September 2026 through April 2027

The building is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance, concrete repair, and painting. Work generally takes place Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm and progresses around the building in phases. During working hours, guests may experience intermittent construction noise or vibration, including occasional louder repair work, as well as possible dust, paint or material odors/fumes, and the presence of contractors or equipment around the property. The location and level of activity will vary throughout the project.

Unit-Specific Work: Exterior work is currently expected at or immediately around this condo, approximately December 2026 through March 2027. During active daytime work, lanai access will be restricted and doors/windows should remain closed while crews are working in the immediate area. The lanai may generally be used after crews finish for the day; however, lanai furniture will be removed and unavailable during this phase. For privacy, we recommend closing the curtains while crews are working immediately outside the condo.

Every Friday at 7:45 PM, stroll a few minutes to the Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon to watch Honolulu’s iconic fireworks show, or enjoy glimpses right from your balcony.
