This beautiful apartment offers an open concept design that creates a welcoming environment for families and professionals alike. The living area features a large flat screen TV and plenty of room to relax after exploring the nearby nature trails. Our previous guests have raved about the incredibly comfortable, firm mattresses and the pristine condition of the home! 🏠

The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker and all the cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal. For your convenience, we provide 100% cotton towels and essential toiletries. Please note that this is a multi-unit property, so while the layout is consistent, minor decorative variations may exist between units. ✨

To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, please keep the following information in mind:

- Parking: Onsite parking is available for one vehicle at a rate of $12 per night before taxes.

- Pet Policy: We welcome one pet up to 50 Lbs with prior approval.

- Essentials: We provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

- Building Maintenance: A mandatory monthly extermination service occurs during business hours to maintain our high standards.

- Mail: There is no mailbox access for guests, so please coordinate any deliveries with the local post office.

- Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful neighborhood and we ask that you be mindful of volume levels to respect our neighbors. 📝

Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled

The overall stay was fine once we got in and cooled he place. Beds and linens were nice, it was clean, and we slept well. The check-in was challenging in a few ways. The initial entrance to the building had side by side driveways with another set of apartments, with the chosen lane on the left, and that could've been shared up front. Then the building did not have an elevator and dragging suitcases up the stairs was unexpected. Upon entering, there was no AC on, but we got them on and cooled after 10 minutes. Ice maker didn't work, and TV did not have directions to figure out Netflix. There was a strip of metal on the door, assumably to keep folks out from jimmying the lock. In shutting the door the first time leaving, my husband wrecked his fingers and hand on the metal strip, which caused him to bleed. Perhaps a little message on the door or warning somewhere would avoid that for someone else.

That said, it sounds like aspects of the home-style experience weren’t quite what you expected. While we always aim to provide clear arrival instructions and accurate descriptions—including that the unit requires stairs and doesn’t include central AC—we understand that navigating a home rental can be different from a traditional hotel. We’re always here to help, and would’ve gladly walked you through the smart TV setup or offered tips to make things smoother during check-in. As for the door strip, we’ll absolutely review that and add clearer signage—safety and comfort are always a top priority. If you prefer more predictable hotel-style amenities, a hotel may be a better fit for your future travels. We truly appreciate you staying with us and wish you all the best on your next trip.
