This space is very large for family fun, spacious and peaceful. Our property has a substantial amount of space between neighbors on both sides and the back of the house sits on a country side making it very private and peaceful. We offer just about everything you need to get away and find privacy but still 10-25 minutes away from central locations and activities. We cater to all needs and use of home except large parties. But not excluding small gatherings. Home is equipped with 3 large flat screen TVs with Sony sound system that’s great for entertainment, high end appliance with a private cabin in the hills feeling.

Bathrooms clean. Beds comfortable. Nice block out curtains. Good size. Nice views. Kitchen not well stocked and not very clean. No toaster, no hair dryer. Limited silverware only 3 spoons. 3 forks. No propane in bbq and dirty. Pool was not very clean.

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, but sorry to hear shortcomings with silverware I will make sure that silverware is restocked and cleaners are more vigilant. I believe the propane tank was moved to the fire pit which may have ran out. We will be sure to keep a closer watch on these things. thanks for booking with us your group was great!

I loved the house I wish I could purchase it very clean smelled good, view was everything! Only issue was the front door it’s hard to open from the outside, but it was only an issue because I had to keep getting up to let family in as they arrived for our holiday gathering! Other than that i was very happy and would make this my family’s gathering place every year!

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean and well-maintained the home was upon arrival. The house itself is beautiful, has a great layout, and is in an excellent location. The view alone is absolutely stunning. Communication from the host was also great throughout the stay, which made everything smooth and easy.A few minor things worth noting:*The front door sticks a bit, but once the host explained the trick to opening it, it wasn’t an issue.*The home has a gas stove, which I loved cooking on, but one of the burners continuously clicked while lit and would occasionally go out, so it may need servicing.*There’s a loose stone on the step leading to the backyard that could be a tripping hazard.*The backyard has a lot of space, but there wasn’t quite enough patio seating.*The listing includes a pool, but it is not heated, so unfortunately it was too cold for us to enjoy during our stay.The host provides a semi-medium gas grill with one full propane tank and grill utensils, which we greatly appreciated.Overall, while there were a few minor maintenance items, there were no major negatives during our stay. This is a wonderful rental for a family getaway or social gathering, and we enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked it again for our next visit!

I believe guest had an issue with the stove top in which we immediately sent a maintenance tech out after that we was informed that the problem was nonexistent nevertheless we apologize for whatever mishap or inconvenience that may of occurred and upon returning to the property we found that everything was working properly, and there was no clogged sinks, so we came to the conclusion that the guest was having a hard time working the sink stop mechanism. Also we received a text that they found an item that the previous guest may have dropped underneath the bed in which the bed had an enclosed frame so nothing is visible but the guest informed us that they was looking for there keys so they lifted the frame so we are reaching out to the cleaners to make sure that they check Thoroughly underneath the enclosed bed frame to ensure nothing has been accidentally left behind. Furthermore we apologize for the outside issue they may have experienced our property is located next to an open land field providing an entertaining/ private outdoorsey experience so it is a lot of nature( no wild animals at all) in which most guest love but some may not be used to so we are doing everything to make sure any issue is addressed to make all guests stay is just as wonderful as the others.
