Wow. This was one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Everything was as advertised, if not better. The house amenities were perfect for our joint birthday weekend! Jacob was very communicative and always available we needed anything or had questions during our stay. I’d highly recommend this estate!

Jacob was the most communicative and helpful host we have had the pleasure to stay with. We had a few issues that he helped to fix immediately and was extremely responsive and ready to help. The property was great for a multi family trip and the kids all had a great time in the pool, playing pickleball, fishing and much more. A great spot to get away from the Bay Area without needing to go too far. There are also many stores nearby if you forget anything, yet at the same time we felt very isolated to unwind.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great - peaceful but still close to everything we needed.Our host, Jacob, was excellent: communication was quick and clear throughout, and he was really helpful and accommodating. We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great place! Plenty of room to gather for meals and also spots for smaller groups to have discussions over coffee/drinks.Really appreciated having plenty of dishware, utensils and towels.Plenty of outdoor activities for young and old.

Our stay at the Grand Waterside Estate was absolutely wonderful. The property is even more beautiful in person. It's peaceful, spacious, and perfect for a family gathering. Everything was clean and well-kept. The host was easy to reach and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Grand Waterside Estate will forever hold a special place in my heart. The property is beautiful, spotless, and peaceful, but Jacob’s kindness and hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable.I booked the estate months in advance as a place to get ready for my wedding and take photos before heading to our ceremony and reception. When an unexpected issue with my original ceremony venue left me feeling out of options, I reached out to Jacob just one week before the wedding to see whether a very intimate ceremony at the estate might be possible.He called me right away, listened with compassion, and graciously accommodated my request. During such a stressful time, he brought me comfort and helped me feel at ease. We exchanged our vows beside the water, surrounded by 30 of our closest friends and family, before heading to our reception. It was more beautiful and meaningful than I could have imagined, and I wouldn’t change a thing.Beyond that special moment, the estate offers so much to enjoy, from swimming to relaxing walks through the gorgeous surroundings. It’s a wonderful place to spend time and make memories with the people you love.Jacob, I cannot thank you enough for your generosity and for helping make our wedding day so special. This was so much more than a stay, it became a memory we will treasure forever. Five stars hardly feels like enough!Family full of musicians so the grand piano was a bonus! I wish at I had more photos to share!

Large house with plenty of common areas and beautiful property grounds. I’m glad I chose this place for my micro wedding as both of our families were able to stay on site with 7 rooms. The pond and water feature made a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony. We liked that there were 2 kitchen tables, so we could accommodate our group of 13 eating all at once. There’s one bedroom on the first level, 3 and the master on the second level, and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Third floor did not get as cool but there were portable ac units available that helped cool the rooms. We were also not up there much except for sleeping since there was so much to do on the property-the pool table and games in the air conditioned garage on the first floor was a frequent hangout spot. The pool and hot tub/patio area was another nice spot and you could control the temperature of the hot tub and jets by logging into an app. The host was very clear with the instructions for it and reached out to us to see how our stay was going and promptly responded to our questions. You have a view of the creek from the kitchen/dining area. It felt like we were secluded despite being only 10-15 min from town, which made it easy to make a quick trip to the store to pick up things when needed.

The stay was amazing. Clear and easy property instructions, beautiful and large space for us to celebrate a birthday. The house had everything equipped needed to cook including a grill that was great. The pool, basketball, pickleball court were all fun to use. There is an ample amount of beds that had plenty of space for us.

What an amazing property!! My group and I stayed for 3 nights and spent the most of it outside in the pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and the beds were better than most upper scale hotels. It was very easy working with Jacob. He was very responsive when we had a question about the property. Three nights wasn’t enough!! We hope to stay there again next year. Thank you Jacob for a wonderful stay!!

Incredible stay for our team! The house and property exceeded our expectations. We drawn in by the pictures and amount of space for breakout groups we would be running and it was perfect! Arrival had easy access and we were checked on via text. I've stayed in many VRBOs and was pleased that the cookware, knifes, and dining dishes weren't scrapes like you sometimes get. The property was clean and had plenty of options for folks to spend time. If this is available during our next retreat, we will be coming back. Thanks so much!!

Perfect escape for relaxation

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. It’s a beautiful home with plenty of amenities. My family enjoyed walks around the property, swimming, basket ball and pickle ball. The kids loved running around actually getting to enjoy the grass field out back. They got to experience life outside the city and loved every little bit of it. The host was amazing and extremely responsive. He made sure that we had everything we needed and even kept in touch with us even for the simplest needs. It’s nice to have a host that thinks of everything and is wanting to make sure he’s accommodating everything we needed.

This is a truly excellent rental with some minor, fixable flaws. The host's communication was also excellent, and I have a lot of confidence that he will fix the issues. The dishwasher in the kitchen was very difficult to use - the touch buttons were basically unresponsive - and at one point became inoperable when the improperly installed drainline became clogged. The HVAC system was really challenging too - every room was a different temperature, frequently too hot or too cold, and always swinging between the extremes. Those two challenges (and a couple of other minor things) kept this from being a five star experience, but I unequivocally recommend this rental. It has the best equipped kitchen I've ever used at a rental. It's a wonderful house, full of character, on absolutely stunning grounds. We hope to come back again.

Perfect Getaway for Large Groups

I recently stayed at this amazing property with a group of 8 adults and 10 kids (ages 11-20), and we all had an unforgettable time.The home is perfect for large groups, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was large and well-stocked, which made preparing meals for the whole group easy and enjoyable. One of our favorite memories was gathering on the spacious patio, sharing stories and laughter in the fresh air.The pool area was a huge hit with both kids and adults, and the pickleball and basketball courts kept everyone active and entertained. There was so much room for games and exploring, and the beautiful grounds offered a peaceful, private setting.Each bedroom was comfortable, with cozy beds and quality linens that made for a great night’s sleep. Communication with the host was excellent—responses were quick and helpful, making the entire process smooth and easy. The privacy of the property allowed us all to truly relax and enjoy our time together.I highly recommend this property for large families or groups looking for comfort, fun, and relaxation. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful home and a tranquil location with lots to do on-site. You’re close to town if you need anything but still feels secluded and away from it all. The host is great, very responsive. We had a repair issue, and he had a repair man here an hour after we messaged! Perfect spot for our family getaway (5 families with kids ranging from 3mo-17). On the top floor, there’s a living room and a couple multi-bed rooms. Perfect spot for the older kids to sleep and hang out. Lots of areas to congregate for games or conversation. Lots of room for meal seating. Plenty of pool towels and regular towels. Very comfortable beds and bedding.
