➤Noise Monitoring Device: A noise monitoring device is present inside the unit. This device does not record any audio or video but monitors the decibel level to ensure a peaceful environment.

➤ No-Party Policy: The house has a strict no-party policy. Adherence to this policy is a requirement for all guests to maintain a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone .
