We had such a great experience renting this gorgeous townhome. My husband and I agree that it’s one of the nicest properties we’ve rented. It’s immaculately clean and so well-stocked. The beds are very comfortable, the location is great, the and the pool was such a nice way to end our beach days. Thank you for everything Amie!

This place was amazing! Very clean and spacious, we had a total of 10 people 6 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room. Everything you need to have a great time, whether you wanted to spend the day at the beach with the provided beach chairs and towels and boggie boards, or stay in and play on the ping pong table,or have a game night with multiple family games provided, or a nice bike ride with the bikes provided. It was a great place for the family and the view from the top deck was amazing. The community pool was also great big enough for everyone for the days you don't want to be in the sand. Highly recommended 10/10, we will be looking forward in staying there again.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The house was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and everything felt high quality and well cared for. It had plenty of space for our group, and having multiple bedrooms with lots of sleeping arrangements, along with three full bathrooms, made our stay so comfortable and convenient.One of the best parts was the location- it was only about a two-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to head back and forth throughout the day. It was also close to some great local restaurants and shops, so everything we needed was nearby.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We’d absolutely come back again in the future!

Gorgeous home

The house was PERFECT! So clean and well stocked with everything you need. The beds were insanely comfortable. It is by far the best house I’ve ever rented. Can’t wait to come back again!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay here at Sanibel Seas of Ocean City. The home is beautiful! A new build townhome that was quite spacious and furnished with care. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The cleanliness was top tier. The community pool was very nice. Not a lot of traffic. Very few guests were there when we accessed the pool. The pool is heated and the pool area is very cleanly. Our host, Amie was very welcoming and readily available to answer any questions we had during our stay. The home is in a growing community, but still quiet and close enough from the busier parts of Ocean City. There is a community parking lot just a few steps from the home, but plenty of street parking as well. The area is easily accessible to the many activities along the strip. The beach is a short walk, about 1-2 blocks away. Just a short drive or bus ride will take you to your destination. The bus stop is across the street from the home. Overall, this vacation stay exceeded our expectations and we are already making plans to return.

Family Ocean City Trip

We had a fantastic stay at this Ocean City townhouse! Everything was spotless upon arrival — it’s clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space. The garage was a huge bonus, especially for keeping our car and beach gear secure and out of the heat. Communication was excellent from start to finish — prompt, friendly, and super helpful. The location was perfect, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay in a great location

We loved this rental! We had two families stay, a combo of 4 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect. The bunk bed room fit all 4 kids because of the trundle under the bed which was great and the extra sofa bed came in handy too. The house was very clean, modern, and had all the conveniences we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved being in walking distance to the beach (about 10 minutes, you do have to cross a main road but there are crosswalks nearby) and that the community pool was right around the corner from the house (and heated!). There were a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. We had great communication with the host leading up to the trip and check in and check out were easy. Highly recommend for families.
