The second floor offers an expansive open-concept living room, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Also on this floor is an additional bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, plus a half bathroom near the stairs. Pool heater may be available from Labor Day to Memorial Day upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax, paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
