Located in the prestigious Meadows community in Sarasota, this 2-bed/2-bath condo offers comfort and convenience. The master bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a newly installed walk-in shower. The spare bedroom includes two XL twin beds, a TV, and a full bathroom. Essential amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, and AC are thoughtfully included. The living room is outfitted with modern furnishings and an art TV that can transform the mood of the room. The screened-in lanai provides comfortable seating and overlooks one of the two community pools available for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has been fully renovated, showcasing new cupboards, a pantry, Corian countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Coffee and tea enthusiasts will appreciate the coffee bar, which includes an espresso maker, a drip coffee maker, and all the accessories needed to prepare a variety of beverages.
The Meadows is a five-star resort-lifestyle community sprawling across 1,600 park-like acres, just 15 minutes from downtown Sarasota. It’s conveniently located 5 minutes from University Mall and numerous fine dining establishments. Residents can take advantage of 14 miles of biking and hiking trails, community pools, dining venues, and pay-to-play access to three golf courses. Its prime location also offers proximity to award-winning beaches, vibrant arts and culture, Nathan Benderson Park, the tennis and pickleball club, the golf club, UTC shopping mall, and dining.

My wife Anne and I, Metin, warmly welcome you to our winter home. We are two retired Canadians who love spending our winters here in Sarasota. We enjoy the active lifestyle provided by the many nearby sports facilities, including cycling, pickleball, tennis, and swimming. While we don’t golf, we do appreciate the beautiful golf course views in the Meadows. We also love Sarasota’s world-class beaches and vibrant lifestyle.

We chose to live in The Meadows for its peaceful environment, lush greenery, mature trees, walking trails, abundant wildlife, and excellent sports facilities. Its convenient proximity to Siesta Key Beach (30 minutes), Lido Beach (25 minutes), and the UTC shopping mall (10 minutes) adds to its appeal. As cycling enthusiasts, we also love the quick access to the Legacy Trail.

Our condo has been completely renovated, featuring a brand-new kitchen with modern appliances, a walk-in shower, new flooring, and fresh paint throughout. Since we live in our condo during the winter months, we decorated it from scratch with all the essentials tailored to our tastes—we hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we do.
