-you can enjoy a swim with the kids in the see with the life guards by your side at all times. a perfect for a fun filled family time!
-A refreshing early morning walk to the beach will take you to witness the local fishermen in action and see and buy fresh fish if you fancy, crabs.
-very friendly locals.
-10 minutes walk to the "Turtle Bay Sea Life Centre" see and pet the baby turtles and explore!
-10 minutes walk and you will reach one of Sri Lanka's famous 5star hotels "The Mount Lavinia Hotel" which is famous for its delicious food and the rich history.
-5 minutes walk to down to your right from the property, you will have access to all the supermarkets and shopping malls as well as the train station.
- 10 minutes drive you will have access to the most popular zoo in Dehiwala- Sri Lanka, where you can explore and see a variety of tropical animals and many more interesting activities such as the magnificent show of the elephants
-After a day filled with fun and excitement, you can watch a movie on Netflix or go to the rooftop to enjoy a beautiful sunset and the country's capital- Colombo skyline including the tallest tower in Sri Lanka

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment for a week. The location was so convenient and had a variety of restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious and had AC's. Mr. Daboo (the apartment manager) was very helpful and available at all times. It was a delightful stay and looking forward to book the premises next year for another visit. Overall 5 stars .....!!!!

We came to stay here after hopping around Sri Lanka doing sight-seeing and staying at various hotels along the way. Our stay was very comfortable and Mr. Daboo, the property manager, was very attentive to our needs. The apartment was adequately spaceous for a family of 6 with 3 kids, and we had air conditioning in all rooms. We really appreciated having the Smart TV with Netflix and Prime, which kept our kids entertained while we were at home (something we did not find in any of the hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka!).

Ashanthi and Mr.Daboo are really nice hosts. Due to the Iran- US war, my flight got cancelled and I couldn't check-in on time. So Ashanthi refunded me for the three days I couldn't stay, which I really appreciate it. The place is nice, all rooms and the living room are air conditioned. Everything is clean and Mr. Daboo checked up on us a couple of times as well. Highly recommend it!

Now, to own a property at the heart of where it all happens is a bonus!

The city rush, the quietness to enjoy a magical sunset, Access to all the shops of your needs, to the beaches, cafes and restaurants as well as popular 5 star hotels, the zoo, turtle watching, all within walking distance and many more. Friendly locals makes it easier and interesting.
ideal for families with young kids or couples who likes a magical getaway.
