This spacious two level Newport Condo is perfectly situated off the Bagnell Dam Strip in the heart of Lake Ozark at the 2 mile marker. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. Easily accessible by elevator, the unit is also conveniently located near the lakeside seasonal pool and the boat dock.

On the main level you'll find three inviting bedrooms: the primary bedroom is lakeview with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds. The cozy living room features a sectional couch and an electric fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beautifully updated kitchen is bright and modern with all of the essentials needed to prepare meals with ease. Step outside to the screened in porch and take in the fresh air and the stunning lake views.

Head downstairs to discover even more space, including a second comfortable lakeview living area, another well-appointed kitchen, and the fourth bedroom with lakeview, a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. If work calls while on vacation, there is also a dedicated workspace on the lower level, providing a convenient spot to stay connected. Another screened in porch on this level offers additional outdoor space to relax and take in the surroundings.

Whether you're gathering with family or enjoying a peaceful retreat, this condo provides the perfect blend of convenience and comfort in a prime location, walking distance to many terrific restaurants and area activities. Nice property and beautifully decorated. Inside was very clean, but the outside decks needed some help. Would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather but the floors and furniture were covered in thick pollen making it impossible. Cleaners need to check those areas too.

We loved the property. Perhaps in your advertising you should mention that there is an elevator in the middle of the building and that this is a condo not a house. We were surprised by all the steps and didn’t know about the elevator until the third day! Lots of steps. Very quick response when the refrigerator light came on to change the filter. Did have a little trouble with which remote to use for the television. Finally realized there was a faded taped note on the back of the one to use. Not sure why the rest were there. Perhaps instructions are needed if they serve a purpose. Just one question about the decor (which was very nice), where did you get the ceiling fans that are in the two smaller bedrooms? A member of our party would like to get one. Really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo.

Such a lovely condo. Beds were all very comfortable, it was very clean, had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plenty of living areas for the whole family and seating for eating. Loved the Nest soaps in all the bathrooms.

This condo was immaculate from end to end! The amount of items in the kitchen that were practical and helpful was a huge plus! The lactation was great, right on the water so that when we rented a pontoon, we could dock it next to the condo to run in for a quick lunch or bathroom break etc! The screened porches upper and lower were perfect for quietly sipping my coffee before the family woke up and perfect for the guys to play some cards and have a few beers at night! The beds were all comfortable and the updated modern appliances. TV’s etc were a plus! The master bedrooms and bathrooms were something out of a Fancy magazine! All of the house was well decorated with not too much and fun themed. It was a bit of a challenge at first with the 5 flights of stairs to ans from our vehicle, but after the first day it was a work out we all looked forward to! When we had a few small issues ( batteries in remotes and AC) John responded within minutes and had a plan right away! We don’t expect every home to be flawless, so we never felt inconvenienced at all! The travel guide was helpful and everything was well stocked; from paper products to soaps and cleaners! The fishing off the doc was entertaining and the pool area was quiet ( but cold! Then again, it’s only mid May!) We will be back!! Definitely recommending to family and friends!

Decent stay

Was a nice place but was dirty. Food and trash under furniture that was easily seen while standing. Dishes were still in dish washer not sure if they were clean or not. Light and fan switches were complicated and not clear on what worked with what. Table was falling apart on the patio. Other than that it was a decent condo. Stayed in others in this condo that were nicer. The cleaning crew could do a better job.
