Upstairs, the primary suite offers a private balcony and spa-like bath, while additional en-suite bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. The third level features a versatile space, ideal as a home office, study, or media room, all with inspiring views.



Outside, a pristine heated gunite pool is the centerpiece of the landscaped backyard, creating the perfect setting for sun-soaked days and evening gatherings. Please note that both fireplaces on the ground floor are for decorative purposes only and cannot be used.



The pool is currently closed, and will be guest-ready starting May 1, 2026. The pool is open seasonally. If weather permits, it may remain open through the end of September and potentially into mid-October.



Pool heating is available as an optional add-on during summer stays for $75 per night, ambient outdoor temperature permitting. The temperature is kept at 75°F when provided.



The home is just a short walk from the beach. For guests who wish to drive, parking passes are available for $50 per day.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Security Deposit Policy:

Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays at this property to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
