The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the king beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. You'll be treated to breathtaking sea views from every room, including the bedroom and living room.

There's also a maid’s room with a comfortable couch bed.

The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Just 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport, 12 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, and 8 minutes to Marina Mall, this residential building is perfectly positioned for convenience and leisure. The area invites you to stroll along the beach or explore the lively JBR Walk, where you can discover shops, cafes, and entertainment options. For a more active experience, enjoy a jog through the scenic surroundings. For thrill-seekers, Sky Dubai is just a 5-minute drive away. A variety of dining options are available, from casual eateries to fine dining restaurants. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
