Bedste Bama Beach House!

Clean Slate er en smuk 4 soveværelser, 4 badeværelser parcelhus direkte på den Mexicanske Golf. Stranden er på din bagdøren og vandet er kun få skridt væk. Vores hjem tilbyder en pause fra overfyldte strande, fri fra overbelastning forbundet med ejerlejligheder.

Clean Slate funktioner smagfuldt indrettede møbler giver behageligt miljø for en ferie eller tilbagetog. Når Clean Slate er ikke udlejet, vi (ejerne) besætte hjemmet. Dette sikrer den bedste pleje og vedligeholdelse (og det viser). Hjemmet er meget ren.

Der er to master suiter med to ekstra soveværelser. Hjemmet sover tolv personer komfortabelt, alt i senge (ingen konvertible eller pullouts). Det vigtigste boligareal er flisebelagt, med området tæpper. Alle de rummelige soveværelse er tæppebelagt, har en privat bad, loft ventilator, tv og meget mere.

Beautiful Beach House

The house was perfect for our family stay. Great location on the beach and perfect space. The beach tent with chairs and cooler was also an awesome touch!

Clean Slate is Perfect

Perfect vacation

Really could not ask for a lovelier home to stay in. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully furnished, and of course, with spectacular views from their great location…..just a perfect oceanfront spot! It is wonderful that the hosts, Dan and Helen, share their pretty home with us. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation! Definitely would love to return.

Beautiful home with lovely views

The home was perfect for our stay, and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed the screened-in porch after dinner every night with the pleasant breezes. It was also unexpected to have a shaded place to sit on the beach with chairs, a rug, and a cooler. The home was very well decorated and above expectations, with comfortable beds and couches.Also, the owners were kind enough to check on us, and it was very easy to find answers to unknown questions or things that we were not sure about. We hope to go back and stay again, hopefully next year.

Dorethy Beach Trip

Our stay at Clean Slate was wonderful from beginning to end! The house was beautiful and very well taken care of. The owner was beyond helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a huge tent, beach chairs and ice waiting for us upon our arrival. We would absolutely recommend this home and will definitely return!!

Great Stay in Fort Morgan

We loved our time at clean slate. The house looks exactly like the pictures. We had plenty of space to spread out and the porch was lovely. We loved all the beach toys and chairs as well as the tent that was provided. We also enjoyed that this part of the beach is all houses, so it didn’t get crowded like some other areas of the gulf. Would recommend staying here!

Another Amazing Stay!

This was our second stay in Clean Slate and we will be back for sure! We again enjoyed the screened in porch very much. The house is stocked with about anything you could want or need. The layout of the house is great and the couches/ beds are very comfortable. Thank you Dan and Helen!

Beach Life

This was our fourth trip to Clean Slate with our children and grandchildren, and we hope to return another day. The location is wonderful and the property is kept in great condition. We all love to cook and share meals, and the kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for family cooking. Communication with the owners is easy, and they are responsive to the renters’ needs. We love that our small dog is welcome in the house and on the beach. Highly recommend.

Mardi Gras Getaway

Dan and Helen are one of the best owners to work with. This is the 2nd time staying at their house. Clean Slate is as clean and pictured as in the past. It’s obvious they take pride in their beach house. Communication is quick, and they check on you throughout the stay, to make sure everything is good. Great stay!

Perfect Vacation House

We cannot say enough nice things about this property and/or the owners! We travel with this group often and there were nothing but positive remarks the entire trip. This trip was without kids and the 8 of us each had our own room, bathroom & the kitchen was stocked perfectly for a group who likes to cook! This home is loved by it's owners and it shows. Also, the tent with chairs on the beach was such an added bonus. Highly recommend! Thank you, Dan & Helen!

Great House! Great Location! Great Vacation!

Loved our week here! Wish we could've stayed longer! We returned to to Fort Morgan after several years and chose to return to this house again. We loved it the first time & it was even better this trip. No complaints! It has the most well equipped kitchen of any house we have ever rented. Beautifully decorated & very comfortable for 2 families with our kids ranging from 8-20. We will be back again!

A true beach house!

20 seconds from door to beach chairs. Beautiful house with any item you could possibly want or need…Beach chairs, shelter, assorted baby pools and toys, any kitchen item etc…Beach isn’t crowded, but just enough people around to be interesting:). The closest big grocery ( Publix, Rouses) is about 1/2 hr drive, but 2 quick stops and a Dollar General make picking up most essentials easy. Enjoyed dinner nightly on the big screeded porch and crab searches. Initially, seeing the natural gas rigs on the water ( far out) caught me by surprise, but they are lit up with pretty lights at night and became something my grandsons enjoyed watching. 100% beautiful and will gladly return.

Great beach house!!!

The house was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The beach is mere steps away. The house lacked for nothing and was very clean. Helen was easily accessible and responded quickly to any concerns I had. I have no difficulty recommending this house to anyone.

Wonderful vacation home

We had a wonderful vacation at Clean Slate with our children and grandchildren. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the property... whether it was taking an afternoon siesta in the hammock under the house; watching dolphins from the screened in porch; suntanning on one of the two decks; or playing in the surf and sand on the beautiful, clean beach out our back door. Our host, Dan, was very responsive to questions and concerns. The house was well equiped making our stay feel like home.

Great beach house!

We had a wonderful stay at Clean Slate. The bedroom set up, with the double queen beds in two rooms and en suite bathrooms, was great for our group. The furnishings were very nice and the house seemed very clean. The only issues we encountered were with the internet, which wasn’t very reliable, and struggling to find cabinet space for our food. But despite small inconveniences, it was a wonderful place to stay! Thanks Dan & Helen!

30th Anniversary gathering !!

What a fantastic place to stay!!! Everything was better than expected. Dan & Helen made this trip Special and so easy. All of our guests were blown away by all the little things, like they had a tent setup on beach with great beach chairs. Clean Slate was perfect! The kitchen had everything you needed, the beds were great and the house was immaculate!! We will definitely be coming back. We made great memories!! Thanks CLEAN SLATE!!

Excellent beech house with top notch owners!!

This was our first time renting a house on the beech instead of a condo. And we couldn't have pick a better place to stay than Clean Slate. This place truly is beautiful and clean. Dan was extremely helpful with answering all our questions prior to our trip and made us feel welcome in their home. Everything is there that you need to spend a wonderful vacation with friends or family. The only thing that was missing was a stocked fridge (which I'm sure could be arranged :-) ). We will definitely be returning to this great beech house the next time we visit. Thanks Dan and Helen for a wonderful first beech house experience.

Another Great Trip!!

Dan and Helen have done it again. This was our second trip to stay in this house and we weren't disappointed. Dan and Helen are the best hosts. Can't say enough good things about them. They have a great house right on the beach with EVERYTHING you need to have a great stay. We love staying at this house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach house with all the amenities. Thank you to Dan and Helen for a wonderful place to stay and we will be back as soon as we can. We started planning our next stay before we left. Book this house you won't be disappointed. I would give them 10 stars if I could..

Second time at this property

Second time at this property. It suits our family (six adults and a five year old) perfectly. Each couple has their own bedroom and bath. The house is big enough so that if one needs a little quiet you can escape to the hammock under the deck, the front porch sitting area, the screened in porch or one of two uncovered decks. This year there is also a canopy on the beach with chairs and tables. Yet the house is small enough that you don’t get lost in it. The kitchen seems to have everything you need for cooking great meals. It’s the Goldilocks house…..it’s just right

Fabulous and restful

The house is beautifully decorated. It looks like something out of Southern Living magazine. Sheets, bedding, pillows all first class. You also wont need anything for the kitchen. Perfection. There are a few stairs to navigate to get in if you have someone physically challenged as we did but he was able to navigate with railings and lighting on stairs. Everything so well thought out. This one is wonderful. Everything you need for beach provided. Dont bring your own chairs there are plenty supplied.

We had a great week with family on the beach and a wonderful experience. It was our first family vacation after son-in-law returned from 6-month deployment overseas and daughter dealing with COVID, kids out of school, working from home....ummm....needed a break and time to reconnect. This was the first time renting a house. Dan was engaged host and very house clean. He was also very kind to have steaks/gift card welcoming son-in-law home. Definitely above and beyond the normal. We would definitely do this again. Dan is the best! Plus Clean Slate Beach House was warm & steps from ocean. Lots of great memories.

It is our pleasure to honor those who serve our nation. And the real hero is the wife/mom/daughter who has had to deal with all this craziness while her husband was deployed! We thank her for her sacrifice and service as well.

In the old days of nautical navigation, a slate tablet was kept near the helm on which the watch keeper would record speeds, distances, headings and tacks during his stay at the watch. At the change of watch, the slate tablet would be wiped clean. The new watch would always start with a clean slate.

In a similar way today, we refer to a new beginning or a second chance as starting with a 'clean slate'. Our family has found that we are able to come here, forget about the things that worry us, review our plans for the future and get a fresh start upon leaving. We hope you also can come visit and leave with a clean slate!

The land of Fort Morgan is so pristine, you can imagine being the first to discover it. Scrub oaks hide colorful chameleons and nesting robins. Nesting American Bald Eagles and Ospreys plunge from the heights to secure meals for their hatch-lings. Pelicans drift serenely overhead, then suddenly plunge into the water. Pods of dolphins play in the water. The stars crowd the night sky in a spectacular display - you can actually see the Milky Way. To walk along the shores of Fort Morgan is to discover a place where time has seemingly distanced itself from the business of life. Perhaps it is the shape of the land, a long peninsula, which makes this place unique. Or perhaps something magical drifted in on the tropical breeze and simply never left.
