We'd like to provide some additional context regarding Valerie's review. Upon arrival, Valerie contacted us because she was having difficulty locating the unit. Unfortunately, she had not reviewed the detailed check-in instructions provided through both email and VRBO, which include a PDF map of the complex clearly identifying the unit's location. After checking in, Valerie expressed frustration upon discovering that the unit was located on the second floor and required stairs. This information, including the number of stairs required to access the unit, is clearly disclosed in our property listing so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Although the property was accurately represented, we worked with Valerie to accommodate her request for a refund, retaining only the cost of the night she occupied the unit. Unfortunately, Valerie also indicated that she would leave a highly negative review if her refund demands were not met. We take guest satisfaction seriously and always strive to provide accurate listing information, clear arrival instructions, and responsive communication. While we regret that this stay did not meet Valerie's expectations, we stand behind the accuracy of our listing and the efforts we made to resolve her concerns.

This guest stayed in a different unit due to her desire to add additional nights. Her review does not reflect this particular unit, but another within the same condo complex.
