• The moment you walk in, the first thing guests notice is the health and wellness space on the ground level. It isn’t a typical “home gym” — it’s a full performance center. You’ll find things like a Peloton Treadmill, a cold plunge (as low as 35°F), free weights, kettlebells, yoga equipment, padded flooring, premium Sonos surround audio, large TV, refrigerator, and more coming.

• 21-ft outdoor luxury swim spa (launching March 2026): Designed for both performance and recovery, the spa accommodates up to 7 guests and features a full-length swim lane with adjustable current, a tranquil hot tub with massage seating, and a built-in sun lounge. Separate temperature zones, customizable hydrotherapy jets, and soft ambient LED lighting create a refined, resort-level wellness experience.

• Coming next: A custom outdoor Finnish sauna (reaching up to 200°F) is currently in development and scheduled to be available no later than Fall 2026, further elevating the on-property wellness offering.

• On-site parking for 8+ vehicles.
