Property Overview:

GROUND LEVEL
A complete performance and wellness center rather than a home gym. Brand new Peloton treadmill, Hydrow rower, a cold plunge held at 37°F, free weights, yoga equipment, and Sonos wireless sound for training to your own soundtrack.

GARDEN SUITE
A private retreat with its own entrance — king bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, laundry, and a 75-inch TV with every streaming service plus a new Xbox Series X and unlimited games. The slider opens to a gravel seating area, then the backyard, then the marsh. Grandparents claim it. Couples fight for it. Teenagers scheme for it.

EXTERIOR
The acre earns its keep: fishing off the dock, parties on the lawn, bachelorette weekends, proposals, even a wedding. A fire pit, a Traeger grill, fencing on every side but the marsh. Dogs are warmly welcome — mine run the place, so yours will feel at home. The in-ground saltwater pool — heated and chilled for year-round swims — arrives in September, with a hot tub and sauna behind it. This house was bought with a dream in mind, and it isn't done improving. Every stay moves it forward.

Guest Access:

Yours: the full ground-level suite, the grounds, the dock, the fire pit, and the gym. The interior door to the main house stays locked from both sides, so privacy runs in both directions. Entry codes arrive before you do. Most weeks, you will have the run of the place.

Should the Main House ever be booked during your dates, you will hear it from us before you arrive, never as a surprise. On the rare overlap, amenities are shared or held for you in private time slots, yours for the asking.

Interaction with Guests:

As present or as invisible as you'd like. We're minutes away and rarely needed. Codes, check-in details, and local recommendations arrive before you do; fast answers follow you through the stay. The property is built for coming and going without a single hello, and we take no offense. But if you want the best breakfast on the island or the right hour for the dock, message me.

THREE WAYS TO BOOK
This listing is the Garden Suite: a private ground-level retreat, the simplest way to stay at Bosch Huis Sea. Traveling bigger? The Main House sleeps up to sixteen; the Full Estate buys the whole property, nobody else on it. The whole collection lives on my Host Profile.

PRICING
One rate covers two. Each additional guest, up to six, adds $50 per night, covering the extra cleaning and wear, plainly. That's the whole story. Pets stay for one flat fee per booking; a whole pack costs a little more. Weekdays run gentler, longer stays earn a discount. Military and teachers booking ahead: say so, and the rate says thank you.

THE TIDES
High tide brings the water to the dock. Low tide sends in the herons and fiddler crabs. You're not missing the water; you're seeing the other half of the show.

THE ASSURANCES
Smoke detectors throughout. First aid stocked, water rescue gear on hand. Cameras outside only — never inside. The same small cleaning team, every stay. If maintenance ever touches your dates, you'll hear it from us first.

ALWAYS IMPROVING
We're always improving something on the property, and timelines shift. If an amenity is essential to your stay, ask before booking and we'll tell you straight. The guest experience gets better because of it.

A LOWCOUNTRY NOTE
This is the South, and the marsh is gloriously alive. A professional pest team treats the property regularly, but nature doesn't read the service contract. If a bug wanders in from the wild acre outside, that's the habitat, not the housekeeping.
