We loved this property and location for its quick access to the beach and trails. The unit was clean and modern with all the amenities we needed. The host offered great local recommendations and helped us identify the artist of the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the unit. We only wish we had planned to stay longer, we hope to be back!

Quiet, comfortable home away from home.

Fairly new individual cabin. Very quiet and nice that you can walk to nearby trails but a 5 min drive from town centre. Appreciated that the couch pulled out for an extra bed.

Great spot in Ukee. Great views to Spring Cove and close to all the walking trails. Very comfortable and clean!

A very peaceful retreat

I spent a week at South Swell Cabins, and had the best time. Upon arrival, the cabin was spotless, with everything one could need for a self sufficient stay. The view over spring cove is beautiful, and I spent time watching birds and deer wandering the landscape. Proximity to trails and being in peaceful Ucluelet was wonderful. Looking forward to my next stay with TVR. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the best stay possible!

Great stay at South Swell

The cabins offer plenty of space and are equiped with everything you might need and even more! They have provided very good products for the kitchen and for the bathroom. Very clean! We appreciated the quiet site and lovely natural surroundings. I highly recommend this place!

Check-in was effortless. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Lovely view from the living room. Bedrooms are a litle small but comfortable. Only complaint is a noisy bed frame that creaks with every slight movement. A more comfortable chair for a fourth person in the living room would also be nice. But otherwise highly recommended for a family of four.

This is where you want to stay.

The cabins are right off the main road just like all the other properties but they sit back and offer 360 privacy. We found our cabin to have modern construction and furnishings. It was made cozy by the live plants, quality linens, and dimmable lighting. They offered all environmentally conscious products including trash bags. The cleaning (hand, dish, dishwasher soaps, window and all-purpose cleaning sprays, laundry detergent sheets) and bathing products (shampoo, conditioner, body soap) were organic and sustainably sourced. They smelled wonderful! We also enjoyed the high-end linens and towels. The towels were lux-soft, fluffy, and white! The location was fantastic! The Lighthouse & loop trail, and the West Pacific Trail were just up the street. The property offered direct access to the Interpretive Trail. We loved all the special touches that made the access look like something out of a fairytale. We also loved being steps away from Terrace beach & Spring Cove! Our cabin offered beautiful views of the cove & the old growth forest. We also received daily visits from deer! I just can't choose one thing that I enjoyed more over another but the personal and prompt attention we were given when we needed a couple things was superior!

Beautiful accommodation. Closeby to the walking trails. Sauna was great. Space was clean and comfortable and well stocked. Our host Danielle was AMAZING. Highly recommend south swells.

Overall excellent property, very clean and great location. The view of the woods through the large picture windows and from the deck was spectacular. Sauna was also very enjoyable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only not so great feature...both bedroom doors stuck badly on the door frames and were difficult to open and close. 4.5 stars
