The home was acclimating for my group. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to downtown as described. Only issue for the ladies wasn’t any paper towels. The home was fairly clean. But, The bathroom has black ants. We continued to kill and clean ants during our stay.

Upon approaching the home , its not the safest to walk up to , other than that it was a quiet area, close to the StateFarm Arena ,the reason I booked this location..I would stay again if need be

We stayed in Apartment A, it was a beautiful little apartment that has all the essentials for your stay. The furniture is all well cared for and the owners have great communication. It’s only around 10-12 minute walk to the Mercedes-Benz stadium which was great during the recent futbol game we attended. It is 10 minutes and less from all the other attractions such as Zoo Atlanta and the Georgia Aquarium. Thank you for helping make our stay a great one.

I enjoyed staying at this home. It had all the appliances I needed, was clean and well organized, and had a good bedroom layout. The beds were comfortable, making our stay very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for the Falcons game and the location was perfect as we were able to walk anywhere we needed to. Clean and comfortable apartment!!

I gave this property a 2 star review is because it was clean and there were no bugs. The condition of the inside was concerning. There are 2 holes in the ceilings; one in the living room another in bedroom #2. There’s mold or mildew with a bad repair job on the bathroom. Uneven floors in another bedroom and parts of the floor in the living room/kitchen area had little support when stepping on them so the floor dipped when stepped on. The neighborhood is very concerning as well. Reviewing previous reviews someone had complained about the holes in the ceiling in October 2025. Our stay was April 2026. I do not recommend staying at this property.

During our stay the AC did not work. It was freezing. There were holes in the walls & the ceilings as well as spider webs in the home.

a great place to stay

me, my wife, and friends attended momocon atlanta for four days. this location was also pretty close to downtown atlanta near the mercedes benz stadium and the aquarium like advertised. the owners were very fast to respond to any questions or concerns we had. it’s also super close to a 24/hr burger king for those late night munchies.

Appearance:The home was generally clean upon arrival. The floors and countertops were very clean, and the beds were neatly made with fresh, clean sheets and towels, which I appreciated. However, there were some noticeable maintenance concerns that took away from the overall experience. There was visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling, which raised concerns about ventilation, as the space did not seem to be properly ventilated. In addition, there was a hole in the living room ceiling that appeared to have been left unrepaired. The exterior could also use some attention, as the grass was very overgrown, which made the property feel a bit neglected upon arrival.Neighborhood:The neighborhood itself was okay and felt relatively convenient, especially for access to downtown and nearby attractions like Mercedes-Benz Stadium. That said, the overall experience was impacted by noise. Neighbors had a loud party that went on until the early morning hours, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the driveway may be challenging if you drive a low-profile vehicle. My car scraped due to the steep or uneven entry, so that’s something to keep in mind depending on your vehicle.Overall:Overall, the property feels quite dated and appears to have been divided into multiple apartment-style units. The floors throughout the home are uneven, which adds to that older, somewhat worn-down feel. While the location is a plus I would not book again.

In town for Messi

Very quiet in the house, and loved the ample room (3BRs) to spread out our group of 5. Just a few short walkable blocks for easy access to Mercedes Benz stadium.A few cosmetic quirks experienced during our stay were handled professionally by our contact, and we were assured are being addressed for future tenants. Others may be less tolerant of such items that occasionally crop up in an obviously older home.
Great proximity to Mercedes Benz stadium to see events there.
