Hey, I’m Jolie! I was born/raised in South Carolina and am a graduate of Coastal Carolina University. I love nature, music, and spending time with my family. My husband and I have a blended family of 5 girls and 1 boy dog. I love to paddle board and relax on the beach when I am not working at the best brewery in Murrells Inlet, Southern Hops Brewing! I have been in the hospitality business for years and hope to create a wonderful stay for guests.

In the midst of shady large oaks and friendly neighbors, this quiet neighborhood is central to all things fun in Murrells Inlet! Just a block to The MarshWalk, you can walk or drive to enjoy all the best restaurants and bars. Live music and local seafood are just some of the things you'll get to enjoy. There are also boat, jet ski, and kayak rentals, as well as fishing charters, sunset cruises, and pirate adventures for the kiddos. If you choose to relax at home, you would love sitting on the porch listening to the birds chirp and smelling the salty air, until nightfall when faint sounds of local live bands coming from The MarshWalk and aromas of hushpuppies and fill the air.

This home is unique for 2 reasons: location and history. The location of this property speaks for itself! The history makes it even more special. My grandfather built this home in 1975 as a "beach house" for our family. It was a place to sleep and have a simple meal after a long day at the beach or fishing in the inlet. Back then there were not many other houses on the street, just woods for us kids to run through and pick blackberries and muscadine grapes. It was a thrill to hear tales of local ghosts who may have roamed the same area we would play in. This propery will give you a sense of what true local living is all about!
