Lovely Condo at Ocean Edge Resort on Cape Cod

Your Brewster adventure begins at this lovely 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo. The relaxed atmosphere of this cozy retreat will make guests feel right at home, with a queen bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. This condo has everything you'll need to be comfortable including three AC units, a full kitchen with all utensils and microwave. There is a dining area that seat 6 and a half bath conveniently located on the first floor. Sliding glass doors off the living room lead to a private furnished patio with outdoor grille. (must be moved 15' from unit when in use). A straight staircase leads to the second floor where you find both bedrooms, a full bath with a separate vanity area and washer/dryer. Each bedroom has their own separate AC unit, WiFi TV and closet. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, Juliet balcony with slider and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There are various books and board games for your entertainment.

This property is centrally located on Cape Cod with so much to do including the beautiful Brewster Flats. The Brewster town beaches are accessible for a nominal fee. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is close to Ocean Edge near 6A Villages main entrance. Plenty of local antique shops and art galleries in the area with numerous restaurants in Brewster, Harwich, Chatham and Orleans.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $27 per adult and $14 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
