Welcome to "High Tide and Low Tide", an adorable beach cottage located just over a block from the beach (5 minute walk). This property is a duplex and the listing is for BOTH SIDES. Each unit home features 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths and has recently been professionally decorated. Location is key and this property offers that. Walk to the beach, Little Lagoon or restaurants. Enjoy the LARGE PRIVATE POOL with optional heating.

Adorable duplex located a block and half from the beach (an easy 5 - 7 minute walk). It's also conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and Little Lagoon access.

This home is well equipped with what you need for a great vacation, starting with the kitchen. The Kitchen is fully stocked for ease of preparing meals, we even have spices for your convenience. There is drip and pod coffee maker. Enjoy family meals indoor and/or outdoor! In each unit there is a table for 6 plus 3 stools at the bar. The deck offers two tables that seat 4.

Home has been recently refurnished and professionally decorated.

The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room for your luggage. The bed setup in each unit is as follows: king (primary), king (2nd bedroom), queen and a set of twin bunks (3rd bedroom). The home comfortably sleeps 8!

The living rooms feature a 55" smart tv and each bedroom features 43" tv's (all roku). TV's have all the major streaming apps preloaded. We provide YouTube TV for guests. The speedy wifi make streaming a breeze! If the TV is not your thing, we have provided a number of family games, cards and dominos for our guests.

The main level of the home has the living/dining/kitchen, a half bath and the primary bedroom and bath. Upstairs are the two guest rooms and shared bathroom.

When not relaxing in the home, enjoy the outdoor space featuring a charcoal grill, comfy outdoor sectional, corn hole, picnic table for dining or take a dip in the new 11 x 30' POOL (pool heating is available as optional feature). By the pool are loungers and two dining tables for 4! Or, you can use one of the 4 BEACH CRUISERS to check out the area.

There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water! Great for coming in from the beach day or as an overflow option.

Beach cart provided to get all your gear to the beach!

RENTAL AGE POLICY:
We require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay.

No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or any other events that are outside of our control. Please purchase trip insurance.

OWNER’S LIABILITY:
Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor water activities have inherent risks, dangers and hazards. Participation in such activities may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability.

Policies and Procedures

We are certain you will enjoy your time at our “High Tide and Low Tide” home. Please respect amenities that have been provided for our guests enjoyment. This ensures you and all future guests have a great stay.

There is an additional $60/day for the heated pool. Please let us know if you would like to add that onto your booking.

Below are our rules and policies that must be adhered to.

RULES:
• No parties or events.
• Quiet time is from 10pm to 9am.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No open flames or candles in the house.
• No pets allowed.
• No shooting fireworks or firearms on the property.
• No early check-in or check-out without written permission from host.
• No flushing anything other than toilet paper.
• Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 20. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host. You will also be asked to leave.

Not following these rules will result in any or all:
• $250 fine
• Charge for any increase in cleaning fee
• Charge for any damages
• Asked to leave with no refund
