It was a wonderful stay. The views are gorgeous and the unit is beautifully decorated and very clean and pretty. Our host Bree was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

This was a much needed sister vacation after a very horrible July. We used to vacation every year at East Point beside North Turn Restaurant and being able to walk directly onto the beach is amazing. I loved a pool on site too. I wish the place had an ice machine for the guests but a convince store is right down the street. I love this property and the host. I will be a repeat customer.

This was our 19th consecutive year staying at Southpoint Condominiums where this unit is located. It was by far the most well stocked, comfortable, and well decorated condo that we have experienced in those 19 years. Several renovations had obviously been recently made, which boosted the efficiency and attractiveness of the unit. Bree was amazingly quick, helpful, and specific with directions and her communications. My family would recommend this condo wholeheartedly!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The communication with the host was great. The condo was well equipped and had nice touches. The view was great. Highly recommend.

The host was extremely responsive, the condo was wonderful. The amenities were well above average and very well maintained. We loved the extra little touches like binoculars to spot the dolphins in the mornings and great beach chairs for enjoying the afternoons. There were plenty of beach towels and good cooking options.

I have stayed at many places in Southpoint over the years this condo is my favorite. The condo is clean and very well taken care of with a beautiful beach view. Bree is an amazing host very prompt with any questions I had for her. Check in and out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this property.

Bree was an excellent host from the moment we booked until we got back home! The description was spot on and the place was spotless when we arrived (hopefully when we left too). The view is unbeatable and we watched the sunrise each morning with our coffee and enjoyed seeing rays, dolphins, many birds, some crabs, and the turtle patrol! This is the time of year that turtle eggs are hatching and we had one nest hatch while we were in the condo and another that was inspected after it hatched a couple of days before. Was really interesting to watch the turtle patrol (all volunteers) in action and learn from the permanent residents in the building about their efforts. The recommendations for restaurants were great, there is a Publix and ABC Wine and Spirits store just up the road and the kitchen was adequately equipped to enjoy cooking (we did breakfast and one dinner) along with nice wine glasses. We did not have kids with us but realized it is very kid friendly with non breakable plates and cups along with some cute things in the tub. The bed was very comfortable and the living area was perfect for us. The outdoor seating on the balcony was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time out that as mentioned above. Overall, outstanding experience and we hope to be back to this property soon!

Beautiful oceanfront condo-5 star property

This condo was beautifully redone recently and just perfect on the inside! It was oceanfront and immaculate with beautiful beach my furnishings and comfy beds!! Everything we needed for a wonderful long anniversary weekend!Bree was a wonderful host and communicated with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed! The condo has chairs, beach towels, pack, and play all the beach toys you could need! The porch is beautiful and has new furniture and overlooks the Atlantic with the spectacular view! We will be back!!

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Bree made sure to think of everything (kitchen soaps, laundry detergent, bathroom toiletries, floor fans). Since there is no ceiling fan in the spare bedroom the fans were a big welcome for people who love sleeping with one. Bree was so responsive throughout the process from start to finish. We were a bit hesitant to book since there were only a few reviews but there have been many who have stayed according to the guest book. If there was any hiccup it would be the ongoing repairs to the beach and building. I stayed in this building a year ago and there were a lot more painters and scaffolding outside the unit that we dealt with but Bree’s unit is in a section that is completed now. The beach does have large trucks delivering sand up and down the beach a ways. We only had to deal with it for a few hours before they stopped and since it was a Friday through a Sunday stay, they were not seen afterwards. There is a great outdoor restaurant within walking distance so we spent the day at the beach and literally just walked up to it without having to get dressed up. If you are looking for a stress free place, Bree’s unit is the place to rent.

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals throughout the United States and this was one of the BEST we have stayed in. Description was spot on with what was provided, decorated very nicely, great beds, plenty of seating, extra pillows and blankets, fans etc. Bree has throught of everything you would need to stay here for 2 nights or 2 weeks from bathrooms, kitchen, the pool and beach supplies! If we are ever in town again, we would LOVE to rent this space.
