OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please review our house policies and seasonal notes.

✔ Booking Verification: After booking, you will be required to complete a rental agreement and verify your identity through our property management system. Booking will be canceled if not completed at least a week prior to arrival.

✔ Guest Interaction: We value a great connection! After your reservation is confirmed, we will reach out to learn more about your group and the intended use of the property.

✔ Cancellation Policy: 100% refund 14 days before check-in; 50% refund 7-14 days before check-in. No refunds or exceptions inside 7 days.

✔ Quiet Hours & Gatherings: No parties or unregistered guests. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM (Sun-Thu) and 11 PM – 7 AM (Fri-Sat).

✔ Parking Policies: All parking must be in the garage or driveway. No street, yard, camper, or RV parking allowed.

✔ No Pet Policy: To maintain the home for all guests, pets are not permitted.

✔ Rural Connectivity: High-speed WiFi via Door County Broadband is typically reliable, though speed can vary due to our rural location.

✔ The Dock: Typically available May through September, subject to water levels and weather.

✔ Environment: We maintain high pest control standards, though bugs may occasionally appear due to the rural, waterfront setting.

✔ Safety: There is a video doorbell and an outdoor security camera that is focused on the driveway.

✔ Listing Accuracy: We strive to maintain listing accuracy through regular updates, but errors occasionally occur. If there is an error outside of our control, we will attempt to resolve, but are not liable.
