A rare opportunity to live in the heart of La Jolla Colony, UTC San Diego, in a 3 bedroom newly remodeled detached home available for rent, fully furnished.
The home is recently fully remodeled and features a modern kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, colorful and vibrant interior, and a home office with sliding doors-- the only one in the entire complex. It's a sanctuary to work from home!
The house has solar panels, battery and level 2 electric charge is installed in the 2-car garage.
This is a corner house with ample outdoor space, green faux grass and a back patio with a sectional and a dining table to enjoy warm evenings (and a small herb garden!)
The complex features 2 community swimming pool and 2 hot tubs, with direct access to a "Green Belt" private park where you can walk, run, bike or have a picnic.
