• Sleeping Arrangements:

• 1st Floor: Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio access.

• 2nd Floor: Bedroom with two twin beds; adjacent full hallway bathroom.

• 3rd Floor: Queen suite with bay views, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony.



• Outdoor: Private front patio with seating for nine.



Unit 2: Bright & Airy Retreat (Portable A/C)

• Living & Dining: Second floor features peekaboo ocean views, Smart TV, fireplace, full kitchen, dining for four, and a balcony with a gas grill.



• Sleeping Arrangements:

• 1st Floor: Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower/tub).

• 2nd Floor: Bedroom with two twin beds; adjacent full hallway bathroom.

• 3rd Floor: Primary Queen suite with portable A/C, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony.

Guest Access:

This is a quiet family neighborhood and all guests must comply with the San Diego Good Neighbor Policy.



Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.



All our properties have beach towels, but beach equipment is limited.
