The two parking spots can accommodate two mid-sized vehicles (note: they may not fit larger trucks or SUVs, but there is tons of FREE street parking by house). Check-in is seamless with a smart lock, and we’re available 24/7 should you need anything during your stay.

10-minute Uber to Broadway and 7 minutes to The Gulch & Midtown—close to all the action, but tucked in a peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood. It’s the perfect home base to explore without the noise of downtown.

The house is centrally located just minutes from Belmont, 12 South, & Hillsboro Village. Easy walk or very short Uber to everything! If you have any questions about getting around, please feel free to reach out.

We also have a partnership with Joy Ride, offering 15% off transportation—ask us for the code! They provide everything from golf carts to sprinter vans, party buses, and even city tours.

- No parties, events, or unapproved guests without prior written approval. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, we have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted number of guests allowed/booked for.

- There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house, and PLEASE clean up any mess.

- NO pets allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies, and we want to keep this property pet free.

- No decorations on walls, fixtures, or furniture, but we can connect you with professional decorators! NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any tape residue or damage found on walls due to your decorations may result in being charged.

- Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. We are reasonable homeowners and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price. If you'd rather wait until closer to arrival, we gladly allow early check-ins when the house is ready!

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city, so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

*Hot Tub Guidelines*
To keep the hot tub in top condition and avoid malfunction, please agree to the following before booking:
- Always keep the lid on when not in use. During summer, you may leave lid off at night, ONLY when sun is not out. This will help with cooling.
- Maintain temperature between 96-98°F.
- Do not turn off the breaker at any time.
Failure to follow these rules may result in an additional fee.

Hot Tub Servicing Notes – Our hot tub is professionally serviced before every stay. For long stays, we will reach out to arrange an extra cleaning as needed.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and use of Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. Ensure the pool and tub safety covers are secured and locked when not in use. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and use of Spa. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
