Recently revamped from top to bottom, Bella Vista is decked out with fresh décor, new flooring, stylish furniture, and even brand-new beds and mattresses—because nothing beats a solid night’s sleep after a long day in the sun. The theater room is ready for movie marathons, and the LED-lit private pool (with optional heating) is perfect for those sunset swims. The updated deck is just steps from the sand, giving you easy access to that salty Gulf breeze anytime you want.



Located on West Beach, this spot is a dream for beach lovers. A private boardwalk takes you straight to the sand, and you’re within walking distance of West Beach Pass, where the Little Lagoon meets the Gulf—a stunning, photo-worthy stretch of coastline. During peak summer months, you’ll even have daily beach chair and umbrella service waiting for you.



Getting settled in is a breeze with covered parking and an elevator that makes unloading luggage and groceries effortless. The first level is where you’ll find a Queen bedroom with a full bath, the theater room, and the massive open living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and all the counter space you need.



Up on the second level, the Gulf-front master suite serves up epic views, a king bed, and a spa-like bath with a garden tub and walk-in shower. Another Gulf-facing king bedroom, a queen bedroom with a private bath, and a custom-built queen-over-queen bunk room with personal TVs round out the space. There’s even a washer and dryer in the hallway for easy access.

The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Entry to the unit is simple with our digital lock system—just use the unique code provided before your stay. Unit includes private parking on property and can comfortably fit 8 vehicles. 4 vehicles can fit underneath the house and 4 can park in front of the home.

Please note that during the peak summer months this unit only allows Saturday to Saturday bookings.
