We’re glad to hear these guests enjoyed their stay overall and found the property to be a nice place to stay. For future guests, we want to provide some additional context regarding the exterior painting. The work was part of scheduled maintenance to the building and was being completed by a third-party contractor. We understand that having painters working on or near the patios and windows can temporarily limit the use of those outdoor spaces and may feel intrusive. While this work was outside of our direct control, we recognize the impact it can have on a guest’s experience and appreciate the feedback. Regarding temperature, this property does not have traditional air conditioning, and the upper levels can become warmer during periods of unusually warm weather. Fans are provided to help with airflow, and guests can open the available windows to encourage ventilation. We understand that the third-floor sleeping area does not have an operable window and that this can make the space more challenging to cool during warmer conditions. We appreciate this feedback and will continue to evaluate ways to improve comfort for guests staying on the upper level. We’re pleased that you otherwise enjoyed the property and appreciate the constructive feedback. Many guests appreciate the spacious layout, multiple bathrooms, and the home’s convenient location for walking to nearby restaurants and shops—it’s a great setup for groups and families and we're glad these guests enjoyed their stay! For future guests, please know that we take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. We have since addressed the bathroom concerns noted, including refreshing caulking and treating any areas for mildew to ensure everything meets our standards. Ongoing upkeep and regular inspections are part of our commitment to providing a clean and comfortable stay. This townhome continues to be a strong choice for those looking for space, convenience, and a welcoming neighborhood setting, and we’re always working to keep it in top condition. This guest has requested to book this home again for next March. The owner of this home does not typically provide bathroom amenities to guests as they feel single-use amenities are wasteful and take too much of a toll on the environment. The arrival instructions, which are sent out a full week prior to arrival, do clarify that bathroom amenities are not provided; we alert guests prior to their stay so that they can be prepared to bring their own, preferred toiletries. This home is very well cared for, in an excellent location, and the owner strives to provide a comfortable stay for all of his guests. It is priced competitively and offers a great value for being so close to the slopes.

Guests are provided with multiple convenient ways to reach us if they have questions or concerns before, during, or after their stay. We have reviewed our communication logs extensively for missed calls, emails or messages from this guest but haven't found anything. The office at the complex is managed separately, by a different company that we are not affiliated with.

We are always open to guest feedback, and we've taken a close look at our communications since this guest's departure. All emails we send have pertinent information related the guest's stay. We also call each of our guests upon booking to confirm details and help answer any questions they may have; this guest unfortunately did not return our call. They never asked for any sort of specifics prior to their arrival, but we would have been glad to help answer any questions. We do send departure instructions to each of our guests on the last evening of their stay, but our system shows that this guest did not view those. All guests are giving multiple ways to contact us before, during and after their stay, and guests are encouraged to reach out, should they have any questions or concerns. The housekeeping team did have a heavy turnaround day and did confirm that they arrived at 9:00 in the hopes that the guests had departed early; they certainly did not mean to rush the guests and did not ask them to leave any earlier than 10:00. We have asked the team to contact us first in the future so that guests don't feel pressured to leave prior to the scheduled departure time.
