Chad was an excellent host. His home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to many great restaurants in the area. Perfect spot.

We had a great stay at this townhome! We were in town for a concert/baseball game and the location of the rental was perfect. It is in a very cute neighborhood and very close to the West Side Market. The townhome had everything we needed and the communication with the owner was excellent! We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Boating

The house is near Lake Erie in Cleveland for boating and fishing. We had a good weekend of fishing caught a lot. It’s a little ways to the hike and bike trail but once there the trails are wonderful. Had a great weekend.

Great stay

Property was true to online photos. Had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teens. Easy access, clean and awesome view! Enjoyed the ability to walk to restaurants.

Nice stay!!

The property was very clean and tidy. Bet convenient location. Only complaint I have is the parking garage is toooooo small. Parking spaces were really tight and trying to go up was terrifying.

Nice decor and location!

Nice decor for a Gulf Shores property. It was a perfect location for Hangout weekend with a great view of the festival. Sadly the pool was closed (which we were told upon arrival) and lot of issues with both elevators. Otherwise, great condo!

May 2023 Stay

This was the best place we have stayed in years! The condo was perfect. The staff and communication was the best. The beach and weather was awesome. Would for sure be in the top 3 vacations I’ve ever been on, if not the best! We are planning to return to the exact place next year! This was a great place to stay with a family! ❤️

Great experience - would rent again!

The property was under some renovations, but that did not hamper the beach experience. The condo was clean, neatly appointed and very well stocked. The pool was clean (and was cleaned several times during our stay); chairs were available, and the chair vendors on the street were accessible and helpful. Would 100 percent rent the unit again.

Amazing View

The view was amazing! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and well decorated and furnished. So close to the beach. Also a great location, we could walk to stores and restaurants. The only problem, which is not a condo problem, but a building problem, the fire alarm went off two nights in a row at 1 am. Going down 22 flights of steps in the middle of the night was not ideal. After inquiring, the management company kept us informed of what was going on.

Spacious and up-to-date

This condo has 2 very spacious bedrooms with comfy king beds and a third bedroom with two twin beds that I’m told were comfortable. Lots of decent pots and pans in the kitchen, sharp knives and all appliances worked well. A/C was nice and cool and loved having three bathrooms. The balcony is very large for this three bedroom unit and I liked the proximity to the public beach for morning walks. We were on the 22 floor and it was very quiet. Unit was clean and attractive. My only complaint would be the HUGE fees paid to the online booking site and this is my last time to book a trip this way. Lovely condo, though!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautiful and perfect size for our family. Beds very comfy, lots of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen well stocked and having a washer/dryer in the unit was perfect. Construction was going on at the time so the noise during the day inside the unit was pretty loud. My littlest was unable to take a nap because of the drilling sound. The outdoor pool was also closed so that was a real bummer. There is a indoor pool but only 5 lounge chairs and even asked the security guard twice for extra seating to be brought in since this was the only pool for the kids but they didn’t bring any in during our stay. Overall great condo and location, construction noise and the outdoor pool being closed really put a damper on our family vacation. We would stay again if we knew the pool was open and construction was done.

Misrepresentation

The property we stayed was under construction which we were made aware of. We had to sign a waiver and I did months before. Turns out they never received it and it was a difficult process to get it signed so we had access to all the amenities. Problem was that most of the amenities were closed due to construction. I knew the outdoor pool would be closed but not the grilling area and the indoor pool was not heated sufficiently. The unit was acceptable but we were rather surprised to be waken up one morning by an exterminator that had been scheduled. He was in our unit and woke all of us up. How that happens I do not know. We were offered a small discount for our troubles but honestly the entire experience was not fantastic.
