We loved staying in this beautiful home. It was the perfect distance to the Nulu area for amazing restaurants and bars. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. It was also a short Uber to the Kentucky Exposition Center for a basketball tournament. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The home itself is exactly as listed. Very comfortable beds. Cooking for ourselves is important to us and we could that there.The location is remarkable, simply one block from Market Street where you can enjoy all sorts of boutique shops, restaurants, coffee and bakery shops. Plenty of bourbon tasting as well.We traveled with pets and they did well there. The backyard could use some TLC tho, it wasn't very pleasant and even my sissy dogs were a little unsure. This would NOT stop us from going back, but do think just a little attention and this place would be highly attractive.My son left his phone and within a few hours Miss Ruby had it packed and on its way back home.Very pleased.

Very cute, clean and excellent location. The 'mood' lights can be turned off if anyone is concerned about them.

Great house in an up-and-coming area of L'ville

The house is great and has lots of old charm. It is well-stocked and everything worked well in the home. The Nulu area is on the rise, and will likely improve in the next year or two but there are still signs of it being a commercial/industrial area in the recent past. The owner of this property is super responsive and helpful whenever a question is asked. I would stay here again.

House was not ready when we got there- cleaning crew had not come - calendar mishap, evidently, but the owner and cleaning crew were very responsive and quickly got it taken care of. My only less than stellar feedback is the lack of towels, washcloths and Kleenex and K-cups for morning coffee available to us. Otherwise a nice stay and a beautiful space. Thank you!

Great house and perfect location

We had a great weekend despite the rain. House was just as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was fantastic, probably the best experience in that area. Location is great, within walking distance to so many fun things! Only downside was parking. There was nothing available in front of the house, but we were able to park next to the house (as advertised), but was skeptical at first as there is a sign on the fence no parking. Over all stay was great and would happily book again!

Decent place - watch the stairs

two couples in Louisville for Bourbon tastingPROS: Good location with easy on and off the highways and some nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Kitchen was decently equipped with newer appliances and a water dispenser that we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Host was responsive to all concerns. Check out process was easy and we didn't have to do too much.CONS: Second bedroom is up a flight of very steep stairs that gets much hotter than the rest of the house. There is a window aircon and fan to help with this. There is no storage for clothes so you have to keep everything in your suitcase or put it on chairs. Neither bathroom door closes properly so we had to prop towels to keep the doors closed when needed. There is a spacious backyard with some furniture, but everything was so dirty, it was unusable. I'm sure if you let the owner know you wanted to use the backyard, they would clean it up for you.All in all it worked just fine for us as we spent most of our visit out exploring, but I don't think we would stay here again.

This property was in the perfect location for walking to the amazing bars, restaurants, distilleries, breweries and shops in Nulu. The house is old so be prepared for the quirky characteristics that come with an old home. If you are bringing a pet read the policy carefully and know that there isn’t much grass in the backyard and there is a lot of broken glass. The communication was great with willingness to be flexible and accommodating. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

Great property with a fantastic location. It was walkable to a ton of restaurants and attractions. We had our fur kid with us and the only issue we had was the backyard was not quite as nice as the photos. There were a lot of sticks and the back corner had grass and vines that were rather out of control. Overall it worked for our purposes. Also if you have difficulty with stairs, it would be an issue getting to the King bedroom as it is an old home and the stairs are steep. Overall we were happy staying here and everything worked perfectly. Bed was one of the best I have slept in through Vrbo.
