Important Information

Resort Fee
A $120 resort fee is required and paid directly to Lake town Wharf resort (payment link sent after booking). This fee is separate from your reservation and not paid to the host and includes 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands (children under 12 do not need a wristband). Wristbands provide access to all resort amenities. Additional vehicles must use nearby public parking.

Age Requirement
Primary guest must be 21+, stay on-site, and is responsible for the group.

Rental Agreement
After booking, guests must sign the rental agreement to confirm reservation
