The Space:

This thoughtfully designed home offers comfort and functionality in every room. The master bedroom features a brand-new king-size four-poster bed and a spacious walk-in closet, perfect for storing your luggage during your stay.. Upstairs, the queen bedroom doubles as a remote work haven with a large desk and office chairs. The accessible bathroom boasts a luxurious three shower head setup, while the stylish living room invites relaxation with plush seating, a Fire Stick-equipped TV, and a 12-foot projector screen. Gather around the solid marble dining table for shared meals, or enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a dedicated coffee and tea bar. Outside, the cozy porch with a propane fireplace, seating, and an al fresco dining area completes this inviting retreat.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Entry is seamless with a smart lock code provided before check-in. Enjoy private use of the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor retreat.

Just minutes from I-35 and Highway 95, you’ll have easy access to local favorites like Lake Georgetown for outdoor adventures and the charming downtown square, known for its boutiques, restaurants, and live music. Southwestern University is nearby, and daily essentials like HEB grocery store are just a short drive away. Whether you're here for relaxation or exploration, this location has it all!



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with convenient access to major roads, including I-35 and Highway 95, placing you just minutes from downtown Georgetown, Southwestern University, and Lake Georgetown. A personal vehicle is recommended for the best convenience, with on-site parking available. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and GoGeo Transit provides limited public transportation. For those flying in, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about a 40-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Friendly Reminder: The Guest House Oasis is near our main home. When our kids are playing outside, you may hear them but we are intentional about giving you as much privacy as possible when guests are outside.



Quick note about access: The main entrance to the guest house crosses a small area of uneven grass. If you need a more accessible route, just let us know before check-in and we’ll guide you to the smoother parking and entrance option



ONLY the number of guests indicated on the reservation should be on the property. You may not invite additional guests without prior approval by the hosts.



There is occasional land clearing taking place behind the property. Some days there may be noticeable daytime noise, while other days there is little to no activity.The work is outside of our control, but we want to be transparent.
