Great for large families, had plenty of space to spread out, a great view of the pond and close beach access. It was very quiet neighborhood, which was a nice surprise.

The access to the golf cart is the best!

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, short walk to beach, overflow parking, could not have asked for anything more, this house has it all including a pool on the deck. Enjoyed using the golf cart to get around to restaurants and shops. Our family all agreed we would love to come back and stay here again.

Big beautiful place with tons of space.

The home has awesome lighting and set up with good entertainment! Stocked With Extra amenities and a nice view of the lagoon. Our family loved the private pool and patio. The location has Super convenient access to the beach and town shops! Alex was attentive and helpful with our requests!

Good to Great

The property was in the most convenient location to all the activities we planned to do and the property was very spacious. I enjoyed access to the private beach and the golf cart. The kitchen was well stocked and the ice machine was a nice touch! My suggestions for enhancements would be: checkout at 11am, add beds to the two bedrooms upstairs, and the bunk room needs more space. I will rent again. Thanks for everything!

Forever house

Great stay at the Forever House. Very conveniently located, just steps from the beach. Alex was great to communicate with, and always responded back quickly. The ice maker in the garage was a nice surprise! The pool was the perfect size, and the golf cart was very nice. The bunk beds were perfect for kids. Two refrigerators in the kitchen were perfect for our large party. We enjoyed being able to have our own rooms and bathrooms with plenty of space. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Can’t ask for anything more

Spent a week at the Forever House. If you are looking for the perfect house in Miramar without the big price tag, this is it. No need to pack anything but your clothes because they have everything you need for the beach right there. Communication was excellent. We showed up and didn’t have a Keurig and a new one was brought immediately. Had a minor problem with the golf cart and a new one was brought to replace it immediately. Stop looking and book this place, you won’t regret it. Steps from the beach without having to cross the road. Security and locked gate. 10 out of 10!

It was so nice, just beautiful!! Very clean, with a warm welcome. Has all the amenities you and your family could possibly need, plus the beach is a few steps away! We loved it!!

Fantastic

We visit the area two or three times a year. This was perfect for us. The beach was incredible. Access to shops and food was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great experience.

This was the perfect house for my family and me. There was plenty of room. The house is well maintained and clean. They thought of all the details to make the stay convenient for guests. I will definitely rent the Forever House for our next family event.

Great place to stay

We have stayed in this neighborhood for the past 3 years but this was our first time as this house. We love the area and they were great with communication. We had a problem with the pool alarm and they were quick to get it taken care of

Beautiful house

This house is even more beautiful than the pictures. No view. The beach access is a few houses down . We had an issue with the air cond. but after I called the maintenance man came. A few hours later I called and complained again. Then they sent a repair man who fixed the issue. He saved the trip. They were very helpful. The only other complaint is the alarm that constantly goes off every single time you open the door unless we are on the button! The kids loved the small pool. ( which caused the door to be open so much). We would come again.

Great stay

This property was amazing! We were very impressed with the house and all the extras! Ice machine and beach wagon was so helpful for our stay. Although, annoying at times, we were very thankful for the pool alarm. With small children running around the house it was definitely appreciated. The house was beautiful and the beach was perfect! We would stay here again for sure!

Newish Shipwatch build on the smaller side for large groups

Lots to like about the location/access to the beach, but also shopping and other services. However, there are some things others should know prior to booking. Bunk room is small- no real space/storage outside of beds. This is absolutely a little kid room. Ice machine in the garage was nice to have- there was a cooler as well. Parking was limited and awkward- had to back out quite a bit most nights. No where to turn around. Came with 1 beach setup (chairs+umbrella)- so be prepared to fork out $500 for the chairs for the rest of your party. Well stocked on dishes/cups. Mgmt company quick to respond on things and replaced a coffee maker. Outdoor seating area is tight- indoor living area also a bit cramped. Pool alarm was a constant annoyance- button needs to be pushed for every exit and often the door simply blows open to do other doors opening. This alarm cannot be disabled. So good for 2-3 small families, but not the 14 we had there.

Beach access

This house was on a nice culdesac. No noisy neighbors.The beach access was literally just a minute away. Outdoor shower, house was the perfect size for our family. Stores and restaurants were minutes away. They left us a gift (cooler backpack) . Bikes and ice machine in the garage.The only bad thing was that the kitchen was not fully stocked with pots and pans. Unable to contact property owner to figure out the loud as alarm. Other than everything else was perfect.

September 2021 Stay

Everyone agreed the Forever House was lovely and clean. Double fridges were great. The beds were very comfortable. The thing we most enjoyed about our trip was being together as a family. We were so grateful for beautiful weather and the lovely white sand and clear water. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the turtles in the pond. 😌

Absolute terrible place to stay!

360 Blue is by far the worst management company I have ever worked with. The owner of this house should be ashamed. They pumped nasty black water into the ocean right by this house all day long and we had to smell it. I called 5 times for help and no one at 360 Blue cared. Never ever stay here!!!

Loved our time at the Forever House. Convenient location and great property. Sleeping arrangements worked out perfect for our party and we had 6 teenagers and there were 6 bikes at the property, so they were happy also.
