Unlike most mountain cabins, **every adult bedroom features a king-size bed**, so no one has to settle for the "small room." Families especially love having **three true king bedrooms** plus a separate bunk room for kids, giving everyone room to spread out and enjoy their stay.

## Winter Access

Because the cabin sits at approximately **4,300 feet**, winter weather can affect road conditions. During snowy or icy conditions, **AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended**.

* The primary road includes a steep 14% grade that may occasionally close during severe winter weather.
* A longer alternate access route is available.
* Mountain driving is part of the experience, and planning ahead during winter months helps ensure a smooth arrival.

Cell service can be limited in the mountains, but reliable high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin.

## House Rules & Important Information

* No parties or events.
* Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
* Quiet hours are observed to respect our neighbors.
* Trash must be properly bagged and secured in the designated containers. Trash left outside or unsecured may result in a $50 fee due to local wildlife.
* Dogs are welcome with prior approval (maximum of 2 & under 50 lbs) and applicable pet fees.
* Winter weather is unpredictable in the mountains. Refunds cannot be provided due to weather-related travel conditions.
