​- Master Bedroom Suite: The master on the main floor offers ultimate luxury and comfort with a king-sized bed, 10 ft cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace, closet and dresser, 70" TV, and a private walkout to the lake. Wake up to breathtaking sunrise views over the water—without leaving your bed.

​- Three Additional Bedrooms Upstairs: (1) West Bedroom with Queen Bed, Office Area & Private Full Bathroom; (2) East Bedroom with Queen Bed and Full Bathroom; (3) East Lakeside Bedroom with 2 Double Beds, Office Area and Full Bathroom. All bedrooms include ceiling fans, closets and fresh linens.

The timber-framed structure with several walkouts is perfect for alfresco dining and socializing. Designed for long summer nights filled with great food and conversation.

- Oversized Boathouse with Lounge Area: Two boat slip Boathouse with advanced marine rail system. Whether you're an avid boater or just love the water, this feature makes lake life effortless. Boat rentals can be arranged. Guests wanting access to and use of inside the Boathouse during their stay must sign a liability waiver. On top of the Boathouse, there is an expansive lounge area with comfy seating, tanning chairs and umbrellas. This area is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon tanning or sunset cocktails.

- Large Dock, Lakeside Fire Pit, Putting Green & Landscaped Grounds: The property also includes a second fire pit and seating area adjacent to the lake as well as a dock with ladders for getting access to the water.
