Aloha ven,

Du har opdaget fortegnelse over et luksuriøst condo på øverste 6. sal. Granit bordplader, apparater i rustfrit stål, flisegulve, travertin badeværelse, to 40 'LED tv'er.

Praktisk plantegning tillader uhindret udsigt over havbugten og West Maui bjerge fra hvert værelse, bogstaveligt talt kan man se hvaler, mens de stadig er i sengen (hvaler er ikke inkluderet)

Hvert af værelserne har uafhængig adgang til stor delt Lanai (balkon).

Condo-faciliteter inkluderer central A / C (begge værelser), trådløst internet, kabel, dedikeret parkeringsplads, king-size seng med luksuriøs plysemadras. For yderligere gæster kan vi tilbyde udfoldelige sofaer og / eller luftmadrasser i queen-size størrelse.

Kauhale Makai (Hawaiian for Village by the Sea) faciliteter inkluderer velplejede havelignende grunde, pool, lavvandet børnebassin, boblebad, shuffle board, putgrønt, velholdte udendørs BBQ-grill, møntstyret vaskeri på samme etage, elevator , concierge-tjenester.

Bygningen er beliggende i det centrale Kihei og tilbyder nem adgang til alle Maui-attraktioner, shopping og transport. Naturligvis vælger mange af Kauhale Makai-gæsterne at tilbringe afslappende dage på ejendommen, nyde pool, grill, cocktails på Lanai, utrolige tropiske solnedgange fra stranden og indpakning af dagen i blødgøring i varmt karbad.

Vi tror, at vores condo vil være mest behageligt for et par eller for en familie med 1 eller 2 børn.

Michael is a wonderful host! Very communicative and has a wonderful condo. The view was spectacular and morning walks on the beach made our days! Saw a turtle every time. The condo was very clean and welcoming. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the amenities were fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place in an excellent location!

We loved our time at this rental near Kihei. Great view, super clean inside, nice pool and spa. Kihei has many good, reasonably priced restaurants to enjoy. Short drive each day for various snorkeling beaches. For sure would stay here again if we're lucky enough to come back to Maui.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Great view from the Lanai and close to the elevator and trash shoot. This unit features a washlet on the toilet and comes with many beach amenities such as beach chairs, pool towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc. Traditional coffee maker but it's a small hotel room style. AC is good and can get very cold if needed. Quiet unit. Slider from the living room and bedroom to the lanai. Pretty well stocked condo for cooking ammenities. Owner communicates pretty well and issues I found he quickly resolved. Just a note, you cannot see the sunset from the lanai during the winter months, FYI.

Thank you very much, you have been the most wonderful guest! You correctly noted that you can't see the sunset from the condo, because it's facing north. I used to think it's disappointing, until, after a long stay on island, I realized that this is actually the preferred location - it protects the condo from being cooked by the brutal sun at any time of the day. This allows guests to keep the shades open throughout the day enjoying the views and the natural light.

This is centrally located in Kihei with Pool, Jacuzzi access . Everything is well thought and pantry, bathroom were cleaned and fully stuffed. Michael has provided snorkeling equipment, beach chair, surf boards, umbrellas etc in the closet near to bathroom. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great views

We loved the view from the balcony. The space was perfect for the two of us. It was nice that you could easily drive to shops and restaurants in Kihei. We would stay here again.

Excellent location

The view from the balcony was great and we spent a lot of time out there. Location was excellent, close to several lovely beaches and to restaurants. It was a decent space, but perhaps could use some sprucing up to bring it closer to a “luxury “ condo. Also, a regular size coffee maker would be very helpful and some potholders. All in all we enjoyed our stay here.

No complaints. Everything was perfect, kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Turtles right on the beach out back and the beach wasn’t over crowded like others.

Great location and great communication

The management was very responsive and helpful. The location was great, too. Very convenient access to the beach, and very nice views. The only suggestion I have is to provide a better and larger coffee pot. Overall we really enjoyed the place.

Great experience!

Accommodations, Ambience and Area were all wonderful. Communication was clear and detailed from reserving to arrival. Would definitely stay here again. A fresh coat of paint could be beneficial, but would not be a deterrent from staying again. Don M

the condo has a great view, quiet, furnishings lovely, although a little sparse. bed very comfortable, the two flat screen tvs are awesome. would have liked a larger coffee maker, a blender, and a softer couch. all and all stay was wonderful.

This unit has everything and over kill. The host might have thought everything that the guests need to stay here comfortably. Literally you can move in to live here for good. Best host ever.

Just got in from a wonderful holiday in Hawaii. Our stay in Maui was enriched by the excellent condominium that we chose. Neat, clean tidy, comfortable, stunning view, with unforgettable sunsets. The photos don't lie and the reality exceeds The location is ideal for its tranquility; the beach is nice for walking enjoying beautiful views. Everything you need is at a short distance by car. We absolutely recommend this condominium it’s perfect. We would also like to emphasize the good care of Linda, always willing to assist us.

Wonderful condo in the heart of Kihei, within walking distance of some main shops and restaurants. Our view from the balcony was incredible, the unit was clean, comfortable and furnished well. Lots of bath and beach towels, with beach chairs for borrowing. The only change I would make would be to add a few more items to the kitchen (some more utensils, basic spices if possible). I would definitely return.

Great little rental

Check-in was simple, with clear instructions emailed ahead of time. The living space and kitchen were the highlight of the condo and where the most remodeling work went into. Comfortable bed that was separated out from the living space which gave my wife time to rest when I was awake. Like other guests have mentioned there are some touch ups that could be adressed in the bathroom space but nothing bad. There are 3 snorkel sets there (one is a kids set), beach umbrella and two chairs along with beach towels. There was also a playpen for the under 2 years old crowd. Overall the location if this rental is perfect as its centrally located from the airport, west Maui and south Maui beaches. If you get the chance take the snorkel gear to La Parouse

Noise from jack hammers all day 7:30 - 5 pm

I checked out early. The view was great but couldn’t enjoy because of noise. Jack hammers started in the Unit next to me at 7:30 am and didn’t stop til 5 pm. I woke up to a construction worker on my balcony peering in as I slept. I left a Day early. They only refunded one night stay. I highly recommend you get information on the progress of construction before booking.

The information about construction is prominently displayed on our listing and we keep this information updated. Currently (April 2019) the work has shifted to further parts of the building the issue of noise and workers in the vicinity of our lanai is no longer acute. As far as Jennifer goes - she stayed only for 2 nights, one of them being Sunday when there is no construction activity. Therefore she asked for a refund of rent for Monday - the day when she was disturbed by construction and we have kept our promise featured in the property description, refunding her as much as she has asked. The statement that we have refunded her "only one night stay" is misleading, 1 night is the only night when she experienced inconvenience, she got to stay for this night for free.

Nice area, still tough during construction

I don’t blame the owners as they are straight up and open about construction but until you’re there you don’t realize how long it goes all day. It does take away from the lanai experience. The owners still need to rent it, which i understand but it was very loud and construction people all over the complex. In terms of the unit, i took one star for how loud things are; and one for not having a blender or table on the porch in a tropical location. I feel a blender in Hawaii is similar to a coffee pot pretty much anywhere else. We got there exited to make drinks and had no way to blend anything. Maybe there was a blender before, but seems like a big omission considering there are two toasters in the unit. The rest of the condo is well done with plenty of options for guests looking for beach time(chairs, toys, boards). One drawback to the porch would be a lack of a coffee table to place food or drinks on while looking at the view. That along with the blender seem like simple misses for this property. Great grounds with plenty of bbq, grass and pool space. The construction will spruce things up a bit bit still think the other omissions are worth noting.
