Fully furnished single-level 3-bedroom 2-bathroom townhouse in a coveted gated community. 1/2 mile to Coconut Point Mall with shopping, restaurants, farmers market, etc. 3rd bedroom can also be used as a den/office. Granite counter tops, tile floor, private lanai with heated pool. 2 car garage with plenty of storage.
Beautiful resort style pools (5 total) including a 25-meter heated/covered lap pool and a dry sauna. Club house, gym, basketball court, lit tennis courts with full-time pro.
Great Location! Estero is equal distance to Naples and Fort Myers and 15 minutes to the airport and to Bonita and Barefoot beach. Many great restaurants and shopping minutes away.
2-month minimum rental term. Monthly rent includes cable tv, internet, trash disposal, water, pool maintenance/chemicals and access to all of the community amenities. Renter is responsible for electric. Unit is available short-term or long term. Rates vary based on length of lease and time of year. Off season April 1 -December 31 is $4500/month and In-season (Jan-March) is $8000/month.

Gated community. Upon execution of rental contract, guest will be provided with a vehicle pass for entry into the community along with an ID card for access into the gym, pool, club house and pedestrian gates around the community.
